We are from Surprise AZ and wanted to stay in an area we know. This house was perfect! The pool was great temperature and great to play games in with the kids. The bedrooms were great size and comfortable beds. It felt just like home. We had family and friends visit us who also loved the house. The owners were friendly and great communicators. When we go back, which we will, I really hope to stay here again!

Second time staying at this home, and we loved it just as much as the first. The home is very clean, stocked with everything that is helpful to have, the host is super responsive and the pool and location are perfect. Highly recommend!

My family stayed in this home to celebrate my nephews graduation, and it was absolutely perfect! Everything you need (and I mean everything) is included and provided, from condiments in the kitchen to a great monitor to use for my laptop when WFH. The outdoor space is lovely with the covered patio and the pool is perfect, especially for night swims. The master bedroom bed is like sleeping in a cloud and I missed it as soon as I got home. Keith and Melissa were great to work with and vey responsive and I can't recommend this place enough, we will be back!

This is a lovely home in a clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, and recreation. The owners have spared no expense and have paid great attention to detail in equipping this home for the renter. If this home doesn't have it, you don't need it! The heated pool and grounds are professionally maintained during your stay and the interior is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. This property is clearly a 5 star home in every aspect.

Loved this house!!! Heated pool!!! Had all the necessities like a flat iron, Keurig and even birthday candles if needed!!! Comfy beds, cable, Wi-Fi and alarm!!!
Close to everything, interstate was up the road and neighbors well I never heard any of them!! Super quiet street!!! Loved the bowling/arcade around the corner!! I definitely would stay here again!!!

We were there for grandson’s baseball (very conveniently located) and really appreciated all this place has to offer. I’m not sure where to begin:
The beds, furniture and appliances were in great condition and a little upscale. The pantry was well stocked and should be seen before your first shopping trip. We grilled a few times on the covered patio (it is spectacular with pool in beautiful condition). Keith even has extra propane in the garage that we needed (and refilled).
My wife and I appreciated the neighborhood since we walk often and value security.
Keith, was the best host we have ever had - he is a very responsible and personable owner which took the property over the top.

Sanalina is everything one could hope for in a vacation home - spacious, inviting, ideally situated in the neighborhood. The pool alone is worth the price of admission. The Langes are warm and gracious hosts, and most accommodating. We look forward to a return visit - thank you so much, Keith and Melissa!

Lovely Home
Lovely home and ease of access to stores and main roads (Bell Rd, Waddell Rd, Litchfield, etc.)
Master bedroom is large and bed is extremely comfortable.
Pots and pans are Kirkland brand and I’m now getting a set - amazing quality!
Pool is in the sun most of the day and in the shade in the evening which fir our family perfectly. Umbrellas available for shade if need be. Multiple pool lounges available.
A/C keeps home cool and comfortable. Multiple ceiling fans available in home.
Jack rabbits, hummingbirds, and various song birds all visitors to the back and front yards. Will return.
Hosts are just lovely folks!

Pleasantly surprised!
Looking for a nice place to stay with a pool while visiting family in the area. We kept seeing this house and could not pass up the price or the location. It is close to all sorts of shopping and the park being behind the house was a plus as we were traveling with our young son.
Finding the property was easy enough with navigation and getting in was as easy as could be with constant contact with the owners. The house was amazing! Being on the lower end of the price range we were searching, this house hit all our desires and then some. It was much bigger in person than in the pictures, and the backyard/pool area was very nice. With the heat being over 100, it was very refreshing to have the pool.
The community was also very quiet. Very few people were out and about with the temps being high, which made mornings and evenings in the pool pleasant. My son also got hooked on the foosball table wanting to play every chance he got. As our stay was filled with pool and visiting family, there wasn't much sightseeing but driving around there seemed to be plenty to do in the area.
We definitely enjoyed the time and the house and are eager to plan our next trip to the area in hopes of more time to sightsee.

Great location with privacy and quite
Home is very well equipped with everything you may need. Great communication with owner and prompt responses. Home has a very low vacancy rate which could be the issue on the over all maintenance needs. I believe it needs a fine detail to address the caulking in the showers and a deep clean. Was told to look out for the lawn and pool crew and they never showed up which both needed attention during our stay. Overall nice property with a great outdoor space which is why I'm rating it this high

Wonderful Arizona vacation!
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. If you forgot something at home, don’t worry, chances are they already have it. There was a wonderful book collection and some games. The backyard is peaceful and the pool is amazing! Great location puts you close to everything but we were amazed at how quiet it is here...no traffic noise!!! We drove to White Tank every morning to hike. Communication with Keith was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and Fun Family Time
We had a wonderful time relaxing at this beautiful residence for the week of spring break. We cooked, made smoothies, swam in the pool, played foosball inside when it was hot, and visited in the park with Grandma and Grandpa and even shot some hoops. We were able to do a few day-hikes, as well as visit and hike in Sedona. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and easy to reach in seconds. We really enjoyed our time, thank you so much for a great stay in a great residential location away from people, just what we were looking for. Thanks!

Amazing family vacation spot!
Our families from MN and IL gathered together to celebrate Christmas. The house was perfect for our teen and young adult kids to hang out and enjoy the heated pool--which was a huge hit! The neighborhood is quiet and a great location. The house is spacious, clean and very well-stocked. Keith was quick to respond to my questions and was very hospitable. Would definitely stay again!

This home has everything you need but wait there’s more.....it was delightful to use the pool and a well stocked kitchen. I’m already thinking of 2021 for our trip back as this home is situated beautifully for our activities in the Phoenix area.

Perfect Getaway!!!
We absolutely loved this home!!!! It was everything we were looking for and more. It was clean and comfortable. We were looking for a place to relax while visiting family and this home was just perfect. Our kiddos enjoyed the pool every single day. Keith and Melissa were wonderful and always answered our questions promptly. We look forward to staying at their beautiful home again.

Comfortable home and fun backyard
We enjoyed ten days in this home. Very clean and comfortable. Well-equipped and everything we needed. Communication with Keith was easy and we had no problems during our stay. Everyone especially loved the pool and shady backyard area. The community is quiet. This is a newer area of Surprise with easy access to shopping and dining. We love hiking at White Tank which is also close and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!
