Had a great time away ! Checkin was simple and the apartment is as described so perfect for a family of four which included two teenagers. The location was great. There is nothing I would change, highly recommend :-)

Diana is by far the best landlord of all the fathoms properties we have stayed in. The apartment is well stocked with kitchen items, the beds are super comfortable, the inclusion of linen is a huge plus and her communication is top-class.
We had the best time and will be back again.

The apartment was close to beach and Mollymook facilities. Check in was straightforward although the stairs could be challenging for some. The apartment was a good size, clean and well equipped, but the style was a bit of a mix between beach house and granny flat. Beach house would be a better choice. The beds were comfy but a bit small. Overall I thought it was very good value.

I was so impressed with the unit, clean lots of utensil and supplies in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable. The location was magical, great place to walk and the view from the balcony was just beautiful. The only slight negative was the stairs with our suitcase.

Our break was amazing. The accommodation was clean and supplied with anything needed. Would also suit a family as included board games, DVDS, tennis rackets and the pool was beautiful. Diana was amazing to deal with. Location was perfect for us and transport with the local taxi service was so easy. We would definitely recommend.

Apartment was very comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. Beds were super comfy. Had everything we needed. Pool was lovely and beautiful grasses area to play or just relax after swimming. Beach across the road was perfect for a relaxing swim.

The property offered everything we needed, plus more. Lovely views of the beach across the road. Comfortable and clean. Close to golf club for great dining, not to mention Rick Stein's restaurant just up the road. We'll be back.

Short stay in Mollymook
The unit we stayed in was clean and well kept. We didn't have much need to use the amenities such as Bar B Que. The general outside of the building and common areas could do with a spruce up. The location is excellent with a short walk to the golf club, shopping area etc. We had a fantastic stay and the unit was ideal for a long weekend stay in Mollymook.

The perfect coastal getaway
Diana’s property was immaculate and well stocked. The kids were highly entertained with the various games and books provided, along with the pool, tennis court and proximity to the beach. Diana went the extra mile for us when our car battery was flat, to provide a jump start so we could get home safely. We will definitely be returning.

Great place to stay
Perfect location with beach access directly across the road. Lovely clean comfortable unit with a terrific view of the ocean. The pool, tennis court and open grass area were perfect for the kids.

Fantastic apartment and location for a winter get away
We had a brilliant stay here - the children did not want to leave! Perfect location directly opposite the beach and a short walk to the cafe for coffee and golf club for dinner. Plenty of great spots for breakfast a 5 minute drive away. Great walking tracks around the area and close to shops as well. Loved being able to have a hit and then walk across the road to the beach. For a family with children aged 5-12 this ticked all the boxes and everyone was happy!

Beautiful stay
Booked a weekend to stay with my little family of 3 for our wedding, then had wedding party get ready with me. Spacious and beautifully decored apartment with an excellent view. Clean and tidy and appreciated the high chair 😊. Highly recommend.

Great property and location
I spent a week here with my two teenage sons and we all agreed it was a great place to stay. The apartment has a very reasonable spacious living area so we were able to have our own space when having down time. It was very clean and extremely well equipped. The balcony was of a good size too with its own BBQ which we enjoyed whilst looking out onto the pool and beach, amazing. Communication with Diane was very easy. We will be staying here again.

Disappointed.
It was disappointing to have significant mould in the shower and along the length of the balcony both areas of neglect and visually unsightly. Napery was also stained. When we entered the apartment there was a smell of damp which dissipated on opening the balcony door but nonetheless makes for a poor impression.

Fantastic beach side apartment.
My husband and I spent Easter at this property with our teenage sons. The apartment is well located, across the road from the gorgeous Mollymook beach and within easy walking distance to the family friendly golf club, surf club and the basketball court. The apartment itself is a really good size, and fitted out with everything you could possibly need - including tennis racquets to use on the onsite courts. It was very clean, super comfortable and has glorious views. Communication with the owner was faultless. We are hoping to visit again very soon.

This apartment was great! Such a lovely spot and great views. Really enjoyed the tennis court and appreciative of the racquets and balls left for us in the apartment. Would absolutely recommend.
