the room type is different with that i book, the reason is we are couple to travel and the staff let me know upgrade the room type with two single bed for us and the room space smaller than the room I book. Also there is a door inside the room which connect to the next room. Even the staff said the door is not able to open from the other side but we still feel insecure. I booked superior double room they give me twin room.

Location was very good. Plenty of shops around and within walking distance to a LRT (and upcoming MRT) station. Huge space and basic amenities are provided. Good WiFi. The spa located in the hotel was another advantage.

Cleanliness can be improved. Lighting was on the dim side as well. There was only one person at the reception each time so the check-in process can take quite a while.

I like the location. Very easy to find food, there's alot option of cafe and restaurant, easy to find convenience store and pharmacy and more.

The room a litle bit small from the picture.
