We actually stayed in Little western spa as arranged by Bernd! The location of The little western was a short 5 min walk to the sea front and situated a stones throw from the shops! We parked at the regency car park which was a 10 min walk. Bernd is an amazing host who is polite quick to reply and very helpful clearly a seasoned holiday let agent. He accommodated the change of location due to my disability. The 1st floor apartment space had a nice kitchen and the host has supplied everyone one would need. The living space was lovely small sofa and a chair with foot rest. Lovely table under the window. Bedroom on the otherside of kitchen Lots of plug sockets in the bedroom And decent lighting. Shower is amazing!!!!!! Hot multi nozzles. The apartment is very safe, and that is very important to me. Also Bernd provides access to an amazing spa bath upstairs which is definitely worth checking out.

To advise other people with mobility issues the littler western 1st floor flat was really unsuitable for my needs. The entrance hall is very small and I couldn't get mt wheelchair in the door. The stairs where ok carpeted and had a decent handrail, there was a very very odd smell up the stairs and hall way. There was some damage to one of the window blinds and one wouldn't open, there is a large unit which has mirror on it doesn't open or do anything and takes up unnecessary space. There is no instructions on how to use the coffee machine so didn't want to break it by using it. TV has minimal channels no Netflix. The bedroom door doesn't shut as the door doesn't seem to fit. The bathroom is located right next to the bed so I hope you and your companion are quite comfortable with one another. The bed is very wobbly the whole frame shifts if you attempt to roll over. Now I'm a size 16 so slightly larger the bathroom is tiny I knocked the loo roll everytime I sat down and cut my hand on the loo roll holder pulling my trousers down thanks to its location. The towels are kept above the toilet which really isn't hygienic. Skink is very small. There are two other flats one above one below be aware as one of the other guests cooked some toast around 9am and set of there smoke alarm and apparently they are all connected and we couldn't turn it of so very loud but nice to know they work let us look on the bright side. Obviously this is my personal opinion and we all have different needs, would I return yes absolutely because its run by a brilliant host and the flat has everything you need.

Close proximity to the beach and the pier

the room was comfy clean and cute. Amazing central location just a short walk to the beach and local ameneties. Our host was very kind and helpful suggesting activities in the local area also following up with us after we left to check if we had a good time :)

Great location for everything in Brighton. Lovely extra touches like all the games and welcome basket was a nice touch. The spa bath was an excellent addition and was lovely and relaxing. Hosts Bernd and Charlie were fantastic and responded quickly to any queries. Amazing stay and looking forward to staying again in the future.

Very small. Ended up with a black eye where I got up in the night and hit my face off a hanging basket right above my head.
