The location was good, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good.

It is a very well run hotel. It is very clean, quiet. Facilities are great. The breakfast is quite good. They do have a laundry on site with reasonable prices (we used it! 15K per kilo). They had an iron on demand
The shower is great and hot
The location is excellent. 13min to the metro. 10 min to all the action but at the same time it is far enough not to hear all the night clubs (we were going to bed at 11PM). There are few amazing (world class) restaurants nearby. A great specialty coffee shop next block. An amazing craft beer place next block

Hotel Loyds is a beautiful place to stay in El Poblado, Medellin. It’s strategically located very well where we can walk very easily to Provenza, Lleras, Manila and through the city thanks to the subway, since it’s only approximately 10 minutes away walking. Additionally, all the staff are very friendly and helpful in everything we need. The facilities are very nice and clean.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with all we needed. The hotel is in a really great location - close to poblado metro station, parque lleras and not too far from the provenza either. It was close enough to the bustle but far away enough from too much noise, and we felt very safe. It was an incredible value for what we paid and would definitely recommend. They let us keep our bags there after checkout as well and a nice breakfast is included.
Everything was great enough that it wasn’t too impactful on our stay. However, regarding sleep - the beds are a bit on the hard side so it was harder for us to get comfy. The walls are a bit thin, but it’s understandable- not anything disturbing sleep there at night. Probably the best you’d get with a budget stay with these facilities and location. The last thing was the bathroom didn’t have ventilation so just a musty smell.

Great rooms, comfortable and big beds, great rain showers! Very friendly and helpful staff. We had some specific requists and staff helped us with everything. Nice and fresh breakfast as well! Great location in El poblado. Definitely recommended.

I liked the location, facilities, the service, people who work there are so kind, and I think the best part was the breakfast, they offered many options, and the food taste was delicious.
I didn't like the minibar in the room was empty, I needed to call or go to reception to order something. I would have liked to have a coffe maker in the room too.

The location is great and the staff was helpful. The laundry service a bit expensive but was quick and convenient.
Nobody knows english but they doing the effort to help.
