As soon as we arrived at the Olive Motel , David. the owner, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He upgraded us which we really appreciated and couldn’t have been kinder. He is definitely one of the best hosts we have met and he runs the motel all on his own , keeping it immaculate. The room was sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable with lovely crisp white sheets. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk to beautiful Coromandel town centre, where there are lots of restaurants and shops.

The Olive Motel is awesome. David the owner is very friendly and gave us plenty of tips about where to get the best meal and what sightseeing attractions we shouldn't miss out on. The motel is extremely comfortable and clean. It has great wi-fi reception and is in a central location. We also took the chance to use the laundry facilities which was an easy process. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Olive Motel will be at the top of our list if we ever get back to Coromandel Town. Thank you for making our stay amazing David and we hope to see you again 😃

the room was bright, airy and very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable with crisp clean sheets. person in charge was a very happy, welcoming person. such a quiet place loved my nights there, will return when in the area again.

Very easy 3 minute walk to town centre. Motel was very clean, beds comfortable and spa bath devine. Would definitely stay here again.
