top bunks too high and no safety railing

The room heater was on when I arrived on a cold night after hours.

Was an phenomenal beautiful place, super clean and the room was definitely cleaned and the location was just perfect close by to everything.

Nothing everything was great.

We loved everything! My partner and I had spent our anniversary there and had absolutely zero regrets. The spa and pool were the greatest bit that we enjoyed! Comfy beds, house cleaning were top notch, they'd come everyday to check on our supplies such as toiletries, linen, tea and coffee etc. Staff were super helpful and welcoming. Such a cool area, and we loved how each unit had their names, for example we stayed in the "Last Resort". It's in walking distance to the town centre which had a Four Square, gas station, superettes, eateries and more! Such an awesome and needed getaway my partner and I had. Would definitely love to visit again!

Nothing really, the only thing i'd suggest would to add more channels to the tv in the room we stayed in. But that didn't bother us as we'd taken games and stuff to keep us occupied :)

The room was clean and well presented

10 am check out and on the dot of 10am a man knocked on the door with towels in his hand he entered the room uninvited and said you know it is a 10am check out. This was very strange and lucky we’re dressed.

Nothing really. Bit pricey but good value compared to the rest of the Coromandel

When we arrived we were expecting damage from the recent cyclone but the property was perfect, it was beautifully maintained with manicured gardens, delicious grape vines (we were encouraged to eat the grapes) and perfect little cabins and rooms that resembled a tropical oasis. The customer service was exceptional. We were greeted by the host with a giant smile and an amazing energy and felt at home immediately. It was perfect.

That we only stayed a short time :( We will plan a longer trip and stay again.

Great location in town very close to shops and restaurants. Large room good ammeinties. Heated pool and spa were appreciated.

The smell of the room was a little musty/stale.

Pool and hot tub. Close to town. Close to trails. Unit had porch sitting area. Comfy bed. Fridge. Microwave. Tea kettle.

Our unit very tiny. No screens. Musty smell.

Very comfortable! Best value for money :))

I wish the place was closer to Hot Water Beach.
