Great rooftop pool, good size and clean rooms, rig it next to metro station, great breakfast selection, friendly staff.

Slow service at rooftop/pool bar, had to wait for lifts in the morning for a long time and no stairs.

The breakfast buffet is great and has plenty of variety. The rooftop pool is lovely, with great views and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Use of the spa facilities is not included in the price, but access to the spa is affordable (€13pp for use of indoor pool, steam room & sauna). The staff in this hotel are so friendly - a special mention for Annabella who was so helpful!

I can’t fault this hotel. It was the perfect choice for me and my friend’s city break to Lisbon.

Sehr sauberes Hotel an TOP Lage. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gross, die Betten super bequem & das Badezimmer sehr gross mit einer tollen Dusche. Hotel direkt neben der Metrostation. Werden gerne wieder kommen.

Dem Barmann hat es gar nicht gepasst, dass wir die Drinks in der Lobie, auf den bequemen Sofas zu uns nehmen wollten, anstelle an den Bartischen und wir mussten fast 45 Min. warten bis er wiederwillig eine Bestellung aufnahm. Das wäre doch Kundenbetreuung... Schade kann man die Nachttischlampe nicht einzeln steuern.

The location was good (lime bikes, and public transport right next to the hotel). 10min drive to the airport. The gym and pool were good. I didn't use the sauna or steam room so can't provide feedback on that. Overall, it was a nice stay.

It's not so much a dislike but considering this is a 4 star hotel and the price paid, I was expecting a bit more "luxury". I think that it's mainly down to the decoration of the hotel as opposed to the services and facilities offered, which were good.
