Fabulous location, just a short walk to the main square. Fabulous communication as we were due to arrive late, so we had all details to gain entry. The hotel helped with sorting out taxis both there and going back to the airport. We emailed and asked advice about a few things and they were very helpful.

The room was done up really nice. Super clean and perfect size. The owners were really kind and extremely helpful. The location is perfect, 10 minute walk to the krakow old town. Amazing near by cafes to eat and some great restaurants to have authentic Polish food.

location is central, most places are walkable. rooms are clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful.

the lift on the property is from another generation and tbh doesn’t seem safe. since we had a big suitcase we had to use it and didn’t use it again. our booking was modified since breakfast was not available. I think this can be arranged easily by the hotel. they did send me a list of cafes nearby. I still mention since I picked a hotel with breakfast since it helps on cold winter days.

Very nice property in great location. It looks nice and clean, have lots of facilities like iron or microwave. Easy to get somewhere in Krakow, near town square and lots of shops around.

I was hitting my head on the ceiling everytime I was getting up from bed. Also the pillows were very flat and the blind was missing in the window so we had problems sleeping at night.

Great location, great apartment. We have had a lovely break staying here couldn't fault the apartment. Everything was to a very high standard.

Pretty much a good place to stay. Lots of steps up to the main reception. Tea/coffee would be better in the room- You had to make in the reception area. Otherwise good stay
