Very nice quality apartment. Good cooking facilities and equipment. Great shower, comfy bed and it's great to have a good bike garage and parking. Great location too.

The Studio apartment doesn't have any kind of view. There are two windows but they're don't look out at anything. They're kinda underground essentially. Would be nice if the apartment had the basic cooking stuff that can only be bought in bulk like oil.

overall i really like the Apartment, its super clean, well organized and super located. Other than that - see my dislike points it was great-also free private car parking and easy access to the garbage facilities,

in my Apartment No 5 was no window, there was one but no outside view. I think for this price they should offer in the flat salt and pepper and also coffee filter as standard. Plus in ski resorts you have the TV channel with the local weather and live cams, i couldn't find it and it was not set up as standard, specially with no window view you need to see the local weather on a TV.

Shower, water easily enters the room

Great location, with full kitchen facilities. Cozy & modern layout with excellent bathroom.

Only one small bin available, if there were more it would be easier to separate rubbish and recycling etc…

We tried to order the pastries for the mornings but couldnt!

The shower had a blockage so leaked into the kitchen. Someone did come and fix it quickly! Its a shame the roof terrace hadnt been cleared as the weather was lovely to enjoy sitting outside.

Clean and comfortable. Good location.

Only thing we missed was a waschine machine.

Great location, parking in front of the house, ski room easy to access, lot of places to hang your clothes

No one cleaned away the snow in front of the house, no place to put wet shoes, no possibility for earlier check in even if the place was empty before...

The apartment was exactly as described, and offered everything we needed. Kitchen appliances were available (no oven, but cooking herd and microwave), coffee machine, water boiler, dishwasher and fridge. For six persons (two adults, four teenagers) the space was very good: two separate bedrooms, a large living room (used as a bedroom as well), kitchen and a private bathroom. Television set was also available. We also had a balcony with an amazing view. The apartment was always warm, as well as we always had warm water. In addition to this the location was fantastic, as it was next to the ski lift, thus not having to use a car for our transportations. Parking places are also free of charge, in front of the apartment.

There was a slight misunderstanding, which had to do with the extra charges: In the booking it was clearly stated that a deposit of 75 EUR per person will be made as a guarantee one day prior to arrival. However when this happened, the company had changed its name (from "easy-holiday" to "holidayflats24"), therefore I did not recognize the charge. I expected that the hosts would have informed me and all other upcoming visitors per e-mail in advance of this change, in order to avoid such mishaps.
