Great location in town center, spacious rooms, natural pool for swimming, room and hotel decorations, bar close to entry, great and very helpful staff speaking various of languages! Joker card included in our accommodation was big advantage.
Breakfast options compared to other hotels what we visited in Austria.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Vaya Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, insbesondere die Damen an der Rezeption. (Wir hatten sogar ein Upgrade für eine Suite erhalten. Dafür nochmals an dieser Stelle besten Dank)
Die Sauberkeit im Hotel, die Ausstattung des Zimmers und das Essen sind hervorzuheben.
Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
Die Parkplatzgebühren von täglich 8 €.

The meals were exceptional, the staff exceptionally attentive and facilities fantastic. The location of the hotel could not have been better. The rooms were spacious and modern with all needed amenities.
Not a thing, everything was beyond expectations. I would highly recommend booking this hotel.

It has modern amenities and very well-located in the Saalbach town proper. Several lifts are a 5min walking distance.
The stay comes with a half-board (free breakfast and dinner) and there was nothing that we didn’t like. We stayed probably the longest amongst the other guests in early winter season and we never felt like we were tired of the food. It’s because the dinner menu was different every day.

An extraordinary helpful staff. Our luggage was delayed and not delivered to the hotel before a day after it had arrived the airport in Salzburg. The staff in the reception did their utmost to help us on all fronts.
The area was fantastic with a lot of varied pists with endless possibilities.
We stayed in the Land haus which was in a separate building. Seemed to us like the hotel rooms which was in the same building as the reception was of a higher standard. It was informed during booking that it was the land haus but we did not realise it was a separate building.

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent spa area. Hotel personnel in general are also super nice. It's not the cheapest, but is a really nice experience all in all.
Not related to the hotel itself - but the church bells right next to the hotel are a small annoyance, since they are being played every morning at 7am. Wouldn't 8am be early enough? :)
It was also unusually hot (late July), so some sort of AC in the rooms would be an improvement. Luckily during the nights the temperature dropped a bit, so it wasn't a huge problem.
