lovely comfortable room in beautiful peaceful surroundings. very well managed, the pool is a great bonus, and the sunrise from the balcony was stunning

The pictures don’t do this place justice! We visited as a family of 3 including my toddler. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments with a terrace. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen is basic (with just a hob for cooking) but more than enough prepare simple meals. Fully working aircon and comfortable beds. Bear in mind that there is no cleaning service but there was a washing machine to wash our own towels/sheets if needs be. The pool area is lovely and clean. The property is large and lots of beautiful garden space to enjoy plus a little children’s play area which was appreciated! The site is family friendly and understanding of any needs you might have with young children. The site is really quiet and it felt really private. Ostuni town centre is close by but requires a car (only 8-10 mins drive). There is also numerous beaches close by to choose from and other beautiful close-by towns.

We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi working during our stay (didn’t mind too much as we were happy to stay off our devices!). Also, the aircon unit is only in the main living space so didn’t always cool the main bedroom. The area is open plan so second bedroom has no door, we managed to just be quiet in that area when our son was asleep - it wasn’t an issue for us but may be for other families.

Great location for someone traveling by car, a few minutes drive from Ostuni and strategically placed to visit the surrounding area. The masseria and its room are well appointed, the swimming pool is more than adequate and the breakfast buffet is well stocked with fresh pastry, local focaccia and fruit (but it should be noted that it is fundamentally an Italian style breakfast, so don't expect fried eggs, sasuages etc.) - the staff is very friendly and accomodating. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a quite base from where to explore the region.

Everything was stunning! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the masseria was beautiful and so picturesque. Great kitchen and everything you need plus there’s a great private outside private dinning area. Highly, highly recommend :)

Andrea & Francesca are such wonderful hosts - so warm, kind and helpful - they really made our stay as a family so special. Full of great suggestions of places to visit, activities and places to eat. It was a magical 5 day trip. The breakfast each morning is delicious, great coffee and lots of delicious things for us and the kids. My wife has Coeliac and they provided gluten-free options for her which was really appreciated. Everything is beautifully presented inside the apartment and in the garden and swimming pool area. Spacious apartment that was well equipped with good AC. Very relaxing environment and setting - brilliant for families, couples or friends. Location is strategically brilliant for Puglia. Right next to Ostuni and close to other beautiful towns and villages such as Alberobello, Lecce, Polignano and many others. Loads of great beaches on your doorstep too. Overall a magical place to stay in one of the best parts of Italy.
