Nice environment, good meals and spa opportunities and equipment.

Comparing with many other wellness/spa 5* hotels this hotel was much under the requirements. The standing rules for using the separated and family spa facilities were ignored totally despite being written in Turkish and English everywhere. Many guest was reluctant to wear swimming cap, females entered and took pictures (both prohibited) in the area of "Men only", and yelling on the staff when reminded. The rooms were cosy, but the fridge was empty (no minibar), the robes were torn, the toiletry (shampoo, shower gel) in bathroom were half filled, some of them opened already. Hair on the sheet, and in the bathroom when arrived. You are charged for toiletry in the spa area. In the restaurant kids (but not only kids) were probing (touching, smelling, tasting) food items and then put back onto the trays even when was dropped on the floor.

Excellent friendly helpful staff. Nice varied breakfast and dinner. Excellent physiotherapy by Yigit. Many activities football tennis etc. Hotel located in beautiful Soğuksu National Park with numerous picnic spots

The hotel is located in a pine forest and the same time near to the city. The food is very tasty, they have a good and kind chef.

The men s pool and outdoor pool were closed for renovatios when we stayed. The swimming pool that was renovated was painted and the paint is slippery,

The food is so delicious, environment, and staff was great. The location of the hotel was so nice, we enjoyed or time in the fresh air, and walking around the forest with the kids was amazing.

Nothing...We did not have any bad experiences with the hotel and would like to plan our next trips with the extended family members for the next summer also.

Totaly not recommended to stsy6in this hotel mainly due to staff not speaking English, therfore you cant communicate and tell them whag you need or what your problem to resolve, the food was bad, no taste, and available for 2 hours from 7 pm to 9 pm so if you miss this time so its gone. The the beds sre not comfortable. The body wash which they use wss added water. This is 2 star hotel not 5

Hotel located inside the national park, which is surrounded with mountains and all green. Hotel has thermal spa facilities.

we did not like food at all, very limited food choice and not tasty which is weird for Turkiye. We did not have iron or ironing board in our room, not a very good sign for a 5 star hotel..

A sudden loud sound from the mini bar while we are sleeping 😴 almost kill my wife 🤣 of fear. room 3035. I switched it off 📴.

The hotel location is wonderful , staff is excellent as well .

The rooms are really hot , the AC was working but the efficiency is bad . There are plenty of pools but not well decorated and organized , ventilation in the pools are bad . The hotel management should improve the hotel facilities and manage it very well The hotel has a lot of families visitors so they should take more care about the safety , specially the one near the breakfast area that has access to the pool . There is a dangerous stair that should be closed or made in a better way . The activities for kids were closed such as the Zip line , climbing , football court . Last but not least , language language language , you will never get better business without having staff that can speaks English .

Location, room design

Staff and management. Rooms not cleaned properly. Even water is not always provided in a timely manner (I am talking hours of delay, systematically, because they dont have enough staff to serve the rooms while the buffet is open), even when requested from room service for a fee. Overall, just not a very customer-satisfaction-oriented management team.

Breakfast good, and dinner equally as good. Spa very well laid out, with professional staff. Good value massage product packages.

Main swimming pools were a little cold (around 26/27 degrees centigrade). Not much else.

The hotel was really nice, good variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Nice route for hiking is near by. The staff was friendly, however most of the staff do no speak English.

1- when you enter the main door there is no one yo check the bags although there is a scan machine but not working 2- furniture is old with an old looking carbit 3-half board includes the dinner it’s an open buffet not appropriate with COVID situation they should keep the food behind the glasses and be served individually 3-someone from the working staff entered the elevator with us we were 4 and no space and the instructions on the floor should be a distance still he entered 4- the receptionist do not speak English at all so I used google translate

It was a nice experience , the food was way better than the last time we stayed in , I highly recommend the private family spa rooms , they are so calming and cozy .. Staff were friendly and helping , the Ala carte restaurant’s fireplace sitting area was more than amazing !

The Swimming Pools Were Separated By Gender , There Was a Mixed Family One But Was Full Of Kids .. So I Highly Recommend The Private Family Spa Rooms

The food was good allthough the serveants could wait a bit longer before moving our plates with food on, unfortunutly we got stressed out of stressed staff at our holiday, allthough its a very familiar hotel i would visit again.

The staff was very stressed and the reception took to long time for helping us. Also because of "corona restrictions" to much activities were closed and the music at the pool was just english allthough all the turist were turks ore turks from other countries.

Stuff are very good. The hotel facilities are excellent. Location and clean are fantastic.
