Great location, good value student style accommodation in a lovely building. Clean bathrooms. Fabulous breakfast.

I liked the location, the people at reception, especially Leah who was great help in storing my luggage..Marilyn who cleaned my room was great and show me the fantastic view on the scenic staircase..Elewina at breakfast was very nice and welcoming Ml

The accomodation is very basic, with a shared shower and toilet, Remember, this is student accomodation, so if you are looking for the fancy things in life, go elsewhere. but for a single traveller who only needs a bed for the night, this is great value for money. The staff are wonderfully welcoming, the single bed is comfortable and the room is spotless. The breakfast is ridiculously good value for money. Great location, and amazing value for money.

We were looking for somewhere cheap and clean to stay whilst my son was playing golf for a couple of days. The accommodation was pretty basic, but clean and tidy. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was also very good.

Could not get windows opened in my room. Had to ask staff for assistance. Mattress not comfortable.

Fabulous view over West Sands and the town, superb breakfast, excellent location for the town, beach and bus station. Excellent value for money. Clean and spacious twin room. Able to leave bags in a secure room on day of departure. Plenty of showers rooms available, never had to wait.

Sleepless first night because of noisy guests in the bar/hotel opposite BUT McIntosh has no control over this - not their fault.
