The owmer went out of her way to accomendate us even bringing out some coffee and hot water at 5 a.m. Such a sweet charming hostess. The room was great and comfortable, slept very well.

Some functions in the room need repair and needs a good cleaning.

The owner of the hotel was a very kind lady. I arrived early in the morning and she delivered the room to me at the same time

When I woke up, they gave me free food and tea. I like them very much

the hostess is a respectful family lady, she does her most to help make your stay pleasant!

the property is good value for money, so don’t expect 5stars accommodation here! but for short stays it’s perfect.

The wonderful host is what is best about this property. I arrived after mixture with my bags leaving me without basic amenities. She provided a lot of these for me. She was extremely accommodating and I felt very safe she looked after.

The host was super friendly,she was very concern about our safety and confort.She was ready to recieve us at late night.Provide us some good breakfast, able to access wifi, quiet place, did some price deduction for early checkout.

I stayed only for one day becose i was in transit in betwin 2 flights. But the warm welcome i received there was so good. Hosts are amazing. Food was amazing, the host try her best to cook was i needed. (No spicy etc...) Thanks a lot for all this love on my way. Place is simple and peacefull. Great modern bathroom. Good location nearby the airport however we canot hear the flights landing as much as i notice. Easy to go in rickshaw from the airport. (Around 900rs this time of crisis). I wanna come back and stay longer a next time.

It's a very good location close to the airport, and the host helped us arrange a tuktuk at 4 in the morning to go to the airport.

The House of Esanya is in a quiet nice part of Negombo. Our room was clean and nice, the owner is extremely welcoming and friendly. she prepared excellent Sri Lankan breakfast for us. Really recommendable

nothing. in the area most restaurants were closed when we arrived but we took a tuk tuk and went some blocks further and had really nice dinner

The guest house is located few km from the center, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Host is a warm and descreet person. Room was clean. We were satisfied and we revommande this place.

This place was nice and quite. The lady owner was very helpful and kind. Location is near to Airport and beach, just 10 mins away from both places. Value for money, can give it a try.

very practical, close to the airport and to a train station, so I managed to grab a train the morning following my arrival. and the bed was great. the owner was so kind !

I stayed for couple of weeks after completing my full srilanka trip. They treated me like a family. Too generous people.Its a cute family always treats the guests well. I suggest to have home cooked food by aunty and uncle here. Healthy and hygiene food. Ask for a ginger tea,its the best thing which I ever tasted

Such a welcoming family, it was a pleasant stay in house of esanya, exceptionally clean.. if anyone is coming to Colombo and wish to stay out of town with calm nature please visit them... Will definitely vist them again thank you for hosting me...
