- Exceptional staff, very helpful and accommodating, always trying their best to answer the needs - Very confortable and clean apartment, includes most of what is expected and needed in an aparthotel (some items might be missing, just need to ask to the staff) - AC working very well and quitely (not the case eveywhere...!) - wifi connexion good most of the time - excellent location, many shops and restaurants/fastfood at walking distance (2 min), very nice and popular neighborhoud - overall excellent quality/price ratio !

- neighbors are quite noisy sometime, especially during (late) night time... - there is a coffee place aside the hotel with a lot of noise during night time, something must be done about that - wifi connexion is cutting sometime

- the price was more than doubled compared to ten days before, which was quite disappointing as it was my third stay (at least one week each time) - several mattresses were not as confortable as during our last stays - neighbors in the hotel were very noisy every night up to fajr time, they woke up me, my wife and our children several times... This is absolutely unacceptable... Something must be done about that - there is a coffee place aside the hotel with a lot of noise during night time, up to fajr time sometime, which is very annoying and not acceptable too... something must be done about that as well - wifi connexion was cutting many times, sometimes for several hours...

رائحة مجاري حمام غرفة النوم ... و الإضاءة في الغرف مزعجة ومختلفة بين الأبيض و الاصفر و الشمسي في نفس الوقت و في نفس الغرفة بالإضافة إلى سخان الماء صغير و غير منتظم في التسخين مواقف السيارات في البدروم غير منظمة و مدخلها للفندق غير نظيف

الشقة واسعة وفيها مطبخ مجهز بالكامل وفيها غسالة ملابس ومشر ملابس وكواية

الدواليب تفتح بصعوبة، قلة منافذ الكهرب حيث لايوجد منفذ كهرب قريب من المايكرويف ولا لغسالة الملابس تضطر تشيله من مكانه عشان تشبكه بالكهرب

Cleaning, furniture, ambience was good. Rooms are neat and clean Working staff is friendly. There are a lot of options available for eating nearby.

Though payment was done for two days I have been called frequently saying the second day payment is still pending when I was busy, although this misunderstanding cleared later however they have system with all records they should check properly before calling but this was minor issue

They charged me for broken rapish pin more than the it real cost..

The reception MR reda was very kind and respectful person also MR Ahmed.

Utilities missing in kitchen, eg not enough glasses. There was an electric hub but no extension cable. We had to ask for towels.

Nice furniture. Clean. Location was good

No towels, tissues, toilet mats, tooth brush Door lock not working. No water in fridge. None available in hotel too.
