The beach is amazing, and very clear. there are sun umbrellas and sunbeds. Breakfasts were very yummy. Very good location, just 5 min walk from mini markets. Very comfy bungalow. Amazing staff, very kind and friendly. The hotel provides free round-transfer to the ferry pear. Also, the hotel has a spa& massage - it was amazing!

We heard that a local government wants to remove all hotels from that location. It's very bad. Please, save this place and nature. Save the local businesses.

It was very clean and staff were lovely. location couldn’t be any better!!

Fabulous location, wonderful friendly staff, nothing was too difficult. Excellent breakfast. Best place in Samloem for a family, with large bungalows sleeping 4 or 5 easily. Was a bit of a walk to the main restaurants, but this was not a bad thing as it kept us away from the late night booyah

Loved the beach front location and sun loungers. quieter mid point of the bay but only 6 mins walk to restaurants/ bars. Loved the beds, comfy and big. Room and beach towels provided. Great cocktails. EXCELLENT AND VERY CHEAP MASSAGE/ spa options.

Inconsistent breakfast cooking (sometimes good sometimes not so much). Frustrated that they offered to both pick us up from the ferry pier and drop us off on check out but they didn’t turn up for either. We walked to save us missing the ferry. This was fine, as able bodied backpackers. Would have missed the 6.30am leaving ferry if we’d have suitcases/ kids in tow.

The Perfect Bungalow on Sarasen beach ! Super well equipped, very clean and the staff is extremely friendly ! I recommend 100%

very difficult as worst wind in five years… staff were brilliant and really look after us…. gave us extra night accommodation as all ferry cancelled and were superb to deal with

we stayed on island 5 years ago. since covid it really needs a clean up. rubbish on beach kid’s swimming with plastic in water. very sad. however we look forward to the Island returning to the paradise we remember

The location couldn't be better and Von and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

The only small issue was the hot water takes a few minutes to heat up. But no big drama, not in any rush on Koh Rong Sanloem

The staff here were lovely, the huts were very clean and right on the beach with a gorgeous view each morning. The beach was clean, staff made sure of that early each morning and reception staff were very helpful, organising transport and activities for us during our stay. They even found us some Prosecco to drink on my birthday breakfast (not an easy task on a small remote island)

No real complaints at all, I would suggest getting more water sport items like more kayaks or a SUP to rent for guests. But there were plenty of things to do around about.

Hotel is nicely located. Whilst we enjoyed the peaceful beach very much, the hotel is also a pleasant stroll to the restaurants and shops. Waking up to the green coloured sea and beautiful blue sky is more than what we could ask for. Friendly staff is a great bonus.

It'd be great if the hotel could consider adding a fridge to each bungalow.

Saracen bay doesn’t have a lot of charm …several construction sites, rubbish on the beach and water doesn’t look very clean but nothing to do with the hotel of course.

Nice bungalow on the beach. From the bed yoh can see the ocean. Spaced bathroom with view to the ocean and with hot water. Big terase with sofa and table. We have included breakfast, which was very great and tasty. For the dinner they had quite small menu, but it was due to Covid and starting raining season so no problem for us. You can eat out if you want, there is a lot of possibilities on the beach.

The AC was just barely able to handle cooling the downstairs part of the room. The loft stayed quite warm.

Big bungalow perfect for a group of friends or family. Great location and the most beautiful beach just on your doorstep. Staff were very friendly and good choice of breakfast.

Not much privacy in the bungalow as the top beds on the balcony over look the main bedroom. We had a very noisy bungalow behind us that had a 48hr rave. Not great music but we managed to get on with it!

I travelled with my kids alone and received support whenever needed from the friendly staff. We were picked up with a smaller boat from the ferry pier. Our cabin was one of the 2nd row and it was spacious with decent bathroom and everything you would need. Fridge and deposit box included. There were sufficient electrical outlet for all our gadgets. During our stay the breakfast menu was reduced due to the pandemic, but it was communicated immediately and understandable for me. The food was very nice, especially the pancakes. My son is still talking about them. Overall a very pleasant stay, mostly because of the amazing staff. We wish to come back soon.

Wifi is sometimes slow, but I came there to wind down and relax and not to work.
