Розташування, місце для парковки та персонал це єдине, що сподобалось.
З речами на 5 поверх пішки, бо нема ліфту це складно, треба про відсутність умов писати одразу. Шумоізоляція повністю відсутня, чутно як сусід в туалеті і навіть більш) В ванній бігають дивні створіння, довгі жучки. Запах каналізації, не працювала витяжка в ванній. Можно було б чайник надати, це вже в багатьох отелях практикується. Мінусів занадто багато.

It was much cheaper to book that hotel than change dates with my previous hotel.
Everything. Broken shower and mould everywhere. I’m quite allergic to this stuff so it was awful.

A lot of steep stairs and no elevator. The hotel does not have any eating area and breakfasts.

The hotel is pretty good for its value, provides everything you might need, the staff is very helpful. For those who travel by car - in this hotel you get your own parking almost in the city centre, which is a big bonus in Lviv.

The decor of the room and hotel was as I expected.
There are regular power outages in L'viv at the moment and the hotel has no generator which I only discovered when I checked in and I also was woken early in the morning to the noise of a generator but to my surprise, the electricity was still out and it obviously was belong to a neighbours property.

I loved Lviv. The bathroom was clean and looked close to what I saw in the pictures when booking the hotel.
The room was NOT what I was booking. I booked a "comfortable" room. 200 euros for 4 nights. The room was dark, was located in the backdoor, smelled cigarettes, the entrance was dirty and like a warehouse (photos attached), I could hear everything that was happening at reception. No mirror in the room, TOTALLY different furniture and the room itself from the photos, no armchair, no robes, no kitchenet - all of these were in the picture when I was booking. When I mentioned about it to a receptionist, he replied that the photos were old (haha!). If I was the management, I would offer a discount, but no, they just kept saying that in their opinion the room is okay. Will not stay here again. I am attaching the photos. The one with the car is the view from the only window. Just compare the photos provided by the hotel and the real ones before booking.

The location is great. The stuff is very nice. The room is clean.
No breakfast, no minibar.
No feeling of a hotel, more like a one-night stay for a man on the road.
