Beautiful, elegant, huge, quiet apartment with a really lovely roof garden! The place was immaculate, kitchen had everything you could need plus a proper espresso maker. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms sensational… just a wonderful place to stay. It was peaceful to come home after a day exploring Lucca and it was so clean and comfortable that we had a really relaxing stay.

The apartment was well appointed with everything you could need. The terrace was exceptional and a wonderful place to sit and have your morning coffee. Luciano, the host was very helpful.

A light and airy apartment with a secluded roof terrace. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen. Very friendly host.

The apartment was very spacious and beautifully appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace was lovely and most enjoyable in the morning and evening with pleasant views. It was an easy walk to the train station, the walls and all parts of central Lucca. The host was very helpful and on site if needed.
The apartment is on the top floor with three flights of stairs.

The dishwasher didn't work but we found that out only on the last day!

The terrace, the decor, the plants and terrace planting, the character, the view from the windows into the street and the terrace, Lucianos local knowledge ….we absolutely loved it 🥰

What's not to like in a spacious, elegant apartment with enclosed patio, full kitchen, heat as needed, two bedrooms and two baths? Secure locks. Not far walk from train station or major sites, shops and restaurants. Parking outside the walls affordable. Cabs available.
Being on floor 2 (3rd fl) was a bit tough for us at our age.

We liked everything about this property. It was a wonderful stay. Our host Luciano was welcoming and the perfect host.
The weather could have been warmer but Luciano has no control over that.

This is an exceptional property. We were there for a 6 night stay recently and it was our 3rd. visit. The apartment is roomy and comfortable, the location ideal and Luciano is an excellent host.

Luciano, our host, could not have been more helpful. The apartment was very spacious and the terrace was a promising bonus given the changeable weather. Every convenience was provided including detailed information. I could happily live there.
To mention the stairs is somewhat unfair but as a traveller if your luggage is heavy beware. My only problem was the discomfort of the single bed. It is very narrow and the pillows were, for me, also uncomfortable. My companion also found his pillows a problem. Are feather pillows considered impractical and unhygienic or do they not exist in Italy?

We were at the beautiful apartment in January. It took a while to heat the approximate 1100 square feet home. Washing machine only with no tumble dryer. Three flights of stairs. No elevator.

The appartment is very comfortable and big, it has two bathrooms and a beautiful terrasse.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The terrace was awesome. The host was so friendly and made the check in process so easy.

Absolutely everything! It is a big airy apartment with high ceilings and lots of light that leads onto a lovely terrace with flowers and even a lemon tree. There’s a well stocked kitchen. The furniture is comfortable, the air conditioning and wifi are excellent and the host is so gracious and helpful. If it is available when you need it - grab it. You will love it.
That I couldn’t take the apartment home with me.

Everything was perfect - the apartment, and the terrace, are even better than in the photos. Spotlessly clean and Luciano was the perfect host. Hopefully we will be back!!

Spacious, convenient to train station, easy walk to shopping and Lucca’s many historic places, being part of the passiagata, and walking on the wall!!
The heaters were awesome for our December trip!!

The Host was so kind and accommodating and arrival was made easy by the host who met us and assisted us. The apartment was quiet and so incredibly clean. Optimal location too, just steps from everything. The kitchen was the best part, we spent most of our time there. We really enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Very convenient location near the walls of Lucca and to the center of the city but also near to a long-term parking. Super equipped apartment and a fabulous terrasse. Special thanks to Mr. Luciano which was a great host!
