Friendly location. Walking distance to train station and ample selections of eatery.

The property was very clean and spacious. We upgraded to a larger room to enjoy the bathtub and no regrets. In the summer, the aircon was really cold and was a nice respite from the heat. The amenities are also very clean and well kept so we had a really good nights rest.

When I reached the hotel I thought I was at the wrong hotel beacuse the photos totally represent a different vibe! The hotel was a very old traditional, the room we stayed for 3 people with 3 beds were very spacious but the lighting for the whole room and bathroom were very dull, may need more lights. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and polite with well spoken English which was very useful as we found that English was very limited in Taipei.

During our stay we had the fire alarm run test on in the morning around 8-9am without notice or did but we did not understand when it was annonced in Mandarin. The alarm was continously going on for about 20 minutes, but what is strange is it came out through the speakers in the room and somehoe it was left on so we even heard the staff when they were having their conversation at times!!! The announcement through the speaker was in Mandarin, it might be useful if it was spoken in English as well so the residents will not be alarmed.

The place, the facilities and the room is excellent. The room maker can be better in doing up the room but is still good overall.

The room is spacious and clean. There is a big window with very nice city view. The location is convenient, about 8 mins of walking distance from Songshan Nanjing Metro Station. There is a bus stop just opposite the hotel, and many cafes, restaurants, convenient stores nearby.

Everything is good! The location is convenient, the hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable, the staff are polite and the breakfast is more than enough to start a day. Wish I could stay longer!

I was confused by some prepayments for hotel accommodation.

Location is great! Breakfast was really nice. Bath tub was spacious and great design connecting shower area! Staff was friendly.

Booking not allowed to shorten reserved period so we have to cancel.

Breakfast contained alnost no items for non-Asian guests, e.g. mo omelettes, yoghurt, croissants. Lots of Asian food, however. There are no tableclothes on the tables in the breakfast room and you had to clear your own table after the meal, like you have to do in McDonalds. The latte from the coffee machine, which had no instructions in English, was luke warm. No staff in attendance to helo. A boring, unenjoyable breakfast for us.

Breakfast quality not good, most food were not hot...just warm. Dinner room equipment especially the coffee machines are outdated and bad quality. Too much rules to follow (Unlike a High School Canteen, hotel customers are here to relax) at the dinning room but most signs without English. Hard working restaurant staffs though but poor overall management and operation.

Lots of good eateries nearby. Located in between stations of 2 different train lines. Triple room is one with 3 proper twin beds, not makeshift beds. Service staff very efficient and friendly. Toilet seat is warmed and comes with a built-in bidet - great for winters. Close to SongShan Airport.

Overall comfortable hotel with very good wifi. Bath tub in room was perfect for soaking during the winter season. Bed was comfortable and room was of a decent size.

Nice specious room with a big bed! loved the bath tub:) 2mins walk from the closest station, which was easy to access most of the attractions.

When the room key is not in the holder on the wall, even the Wifi stopped.
