a few interior design errors, at least in junior suite we stayed in level 6: low lighting level in room - very difficult to see in the minibar cupboard eg to make coffee at night as no lighting in the cupboard itself and the open cupboard door obscured what lighting there was from the room poor powerpoint and bedside lighting arrangement at bedside: low voltage bedside lights had their own plugpack powersupply which didnt allow a phone charger to also be plugged in at the bedside in the 3-way power outlets there, so couldn’t easily have phone’s charging at the bedside overnight

Hotel restaurant staff was a bit rude, but separately and strangely there was no real mirror by the batroom sink (hard to shave, etc).

Lovely boutique hotel. Appreciated for an upgraded room upon arrival without asking. Room is large, nice renovated, and clean. Fantastic breakfast. Staffs are super friendly.

Lucerne was fabulous and the hotel was centrally located . Stylish design and comfortable beds . Breakfast buffet was excellent although limited options for gluten free . Managed to park outside hotel , you buy a parking card for 15 CHF

Small point but if you’re from overseas and using an adapter for the plugs it doesn’t fit into the sockets in the room . I had to go buy a Swiss charger so could charge computer and phone

everything is as good as expected. the hotel even provide us heater and kettle to keep us warm :)

Great location, breakfast was great. Room felt spacious and hotel felt personable. Free bus pass and discounts on some local activities is a cool perk.

No fitness center but you can go across the street to Evo fitness and do a trial day. The hotel will also give you a daily discounted pass. The pillows are way too soft.

We really love Hotel Anker! They upgraded ou room with balcony with view of Mt. Pilatus! The room was clean, spacious even the bathroom! The hotel is very near to old town and bus stop just around the corner. We also love the breakfast, lots of choices and the place is very nice! staffs are helpful and friendly as well! Bonus is the free photo booth which my whole family enjoyed as well! Definitely will go back here!

There are few handy works left at the room as I believe they are still renovating the place.

We had great time here for 3 nights. The hotel is within 10min walk from train station/pier, and surrounded by many restaurants. It is quiet at night and the breakfast is great too. Hotel staff are super helpful and nice.

We were fortunate to get an upgrade to the junior suite and we highly recommend this room! Amazing view of the street to watch the time go by in a separate sitting room attached to the bedroom. Room was huge, shower was great, bed was comfy. The room had a lot of coffee and tea available. Breakfast was stocked! So many different options. We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant for dinner, but it was packed both nights we were in Lucern. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was excellent, the staff, the food the rooms . One of the best hotels i have ever been. Very chic , the food was amazing and they remembered my husband birthday and treats us with a birthday cake.
