The resort and staff was amazing.

The food for dinner was terrible. I am from London and love Italian food, however the dinner had no taste, nor flavour. Even asked for the kids menu and it was just awful.

rooms soon need some reurbishment but you can not count this as a minus when you see big picture. Dinner was spectactular in pre-covid times. Now it is still delicious but not exceptional good as before... but still mich better than 5-course "slow-food" which tends to have all other hotela there. We want authentic food not over-play with courses. so therefore I give big plus to Josef while it keep it simple 3-course dinner

The 3/4 boarding did not include any water at all (or soft drinks or beer/wine). There was a single brand of local water, pricey too. The light lunch was really light, barely adequate. The dinner was not bad, but the buffet was limited. There were off the menu options, especially for children, but it was never really clear what they were. This is also true for the breakfast (for things like fried eggs or crepes), again without transparency. Coffee during breakfast had to be ordered (and paid for). We don't drink coffee, but I've never seen anything like that before. There was nothing to eat (at all) between 14:30 and 19:00 anywhere in the hotel. There was nothing to eat or drink (at all) between 16:30 and 19:00, except self-served tea in the pool reception. As a side note, the pool area was very nice, but it was the only real recreation available for most of the afternoon. There was also spa and sauna, but we did not care for it. We didn't go there for the food, so it did not really ruin the overall good impression, but the offering felt quite a bit left behind in this aspect. The room had a small kitchen area, but lacked anything that could make it useful. It literally had nothing, except for four glasses (and maybe four cups, not sure). One of the (two) lifts was making weird noises and banged on the lift well during the ride, to the point of not being able to carry a half-full glass of anything. We avoided it as much as possible.

The ski in/ski out location with a ski rental next door is just perfect. We had a large room on the 5th floor with magnificent views over the mountains. Breakfast was great. Josef has a large outside pool, which is perfect during Covid. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are two good restaurants walking distance from Josef. A trip down to Merano in the Gondola is a must.

We didn`t like the interior decor too much. But once you get used to it, you can enjoy Josef.

The view, the room and the location was great. Also pool areas and spa was really good but..

First of all, if you arrive to a hotel, at least you gonna get some info , few words about the resort, where and when we’ll have the breakfast/lunch/dinner… about the facilities…but nothing happened. We have arrived at dinner time, we did’t know how does their system works we got our seats and waited, and we realised ah okay we can have the buffe and after we can order… staff wasn’t really helpful, and the food wasn’t tasty especially the amount of the food. Sorry to say, we would have stayed for 9 days, but we cancelled our stay because doesn’t worth it. 3000€… no thanks. I DONT RECOMMEND IT!!!!

We had the biggest room in the hotel with the best view to the mountains. The room was lovely and the staff were exceptionally cooperative and understanding. The breakfast and dinner were tasty for us and the children.

The pool was great for the family, the food was delicious and the staff was awesome.

Room is fantastic. Pool and spa as well. Great, kind and professional service.

Dinner below standards for such a nice place. The view not so great.
