Very clean and the host was amazing!!!

Awesome staff, comfortable bed, really nice place. They leave coffee, water, and snacks. Very quiet and we got good rest. Close to restaurants and shopping.

A bit of a walk from the port, but we would stay again. It was really nice.

Room was spacious with a balcony. There was complimentary sticks of bread, water and honey which was a good touch. They let us check in slightly earlier and check out slightly later which was a plus

The bathroom while had the space to accomodate an additional stand there was none. Also after midnight there was no warm water. Bear in mind the location even though is not very far from the port it's 12min walk and the route is not the easiest

Room was tasteful and very clean with fresh towels every day. Staff very helpful and discreet, definately would visit again at our next visit to Spetses

We booked the hotel last minute for a weekend getaway and we came across a very pleasant place! It is spotless clean, they offer standard hotel service; towels, shampoo/showergel/conditioner and the layout of both the room and the bathroom are modern and minmal. It is nicely located in the area of Kounoupitsa, however certainly requires a bike in order to reach it. The view of the standard room we booked was indeed beautiful as both of our windows overlooked the sea. It is a nice and quiet spot and the owners are very helpful and nice. We were really appreciative of their help and accommodation with regards to an issue we faced with our bike. They did indeed go above and beyond. Will certainly return!

The only issue we faced was the AC being a little old and rusty. It worked fine and cooled the room well, however it was relatively noisy.

New, clean and charming hotel with perfect service and hospitality :) All recommendations!
