Before arriving the host tried to facilitate us getting our key - it wasn’t made clear that the key collection was - when carrying luggage quite a distance from the property

The room we were given was nothing like the pictures on booking.com - the building was having work done to it - the room itself was very tired - stains on the carpet - areas where paint missing - it just felt dirty

Very comfortable beds. Easy access to ski lifts, shops and bars. Staff at reception very helpful and phoned me in advance to give more info on apartment location.

The address of the apartment is not correctly stated on the booking.com information - information and map is for maeva charmettoger, this is a whole area. The headline needs to include Pierre et vacances, Belmont. We spent 20 mins trying to find it at 9.30pm.
