Very nice apartments: comfortable beds; modern bathroom with consistently hot water and hot towel radiator; convenient kitchenette with everything you may need. The size was just right for our family of 3. Balcony and windows are on the quiet side, overlooking a beautiful scenery, however, you have a plenty of bars and cafes just next to the building entrance. Food store is just around a corner, if you need a fresh baguette for your breakfast. Breathtaking views from the terrace near building entrance and from building corridors. It is not skiing in/out property, approx. 5 mins walk uphill to the nearest lifts, didn't fill like a problem for our family with a teenager. "Villards" part of Arc 1800 have easy access for Villards 25 lift (green slope for beginners, luge - fun, fun,fun! and cafe with great apreski) and Transarc 25 (from the top you can access all resort's ski areas). And the cherry on the cake - amazing host and great communications.

Modern, clean and comfortable made an enjoyable holiday in the mountains.

As always, staying just a few hundred meters from the ski lifts is just magnificent. The apartment was small (as they all are in France) but well-furbished and boasting almost all of the creature comforts you need - with a modern bath, a fully-equipped kitchenette, TV, stunning views from the balcony, etc. The host was kind and helpful.

The sofa, on which we slept was creaking but that's nothing a bit of WD40 can't fix.
