Stayed a week in August for our honeymoon, it was great, very clean. The description is 💯 spot on. Easy beach access, very close to the elevators, ect…. We loved this place, we will definitely book this again. 5/5

The unit was very clean and so beautifully decorated. We thought the bed was very comfy. I do want to comment that the outside balcony needed to be cleaned better but hey you're at the beach. It was very nice to have those little things that you need and forget to bring and the kitchen provided all of that and we greatly appreciated it! We would highly recommend this unit!!!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and the host had a bottle of champagne, chocolates and a card for us when we arrived. Condo was so clean and comfortable, excellent walking distance to our 2 chairs and umbrella on the gorgeous beach! Will be back as soon as our life allows! We had a wonderful week here! Whitney and Jeremy were wonderful hosts and made the experience so easy from booking to arrival and departure. The condo was spacious and comfy, with very nice decor. This condo is very close to the beach for anyone interested in daily walks or just enjoying quiet time under an umbrella with complimentary beach service. Upon arrival we received a celebratory surprise from Whitney and Jeremy. They went above and beyond to help make our week special! If/when our travels find us in this area again, we will definitely book this condo!

Place was very clean and put together, they had beach toys that our child likes. Comes with beach chairs. Bed was comfortable. Our kid stayed on the pull out couch, the LED lighting acted as a night light and was a great touch.

I brought my girlfriend here to propose and we had such an amazing time. The rental was beautiful and in a great location. The amenities were excellent as well. We really appreciated the beach chairs/umbrellas on the beach.

We had a wonderful stay!! The condo is super clean, the best balcony view for the sunset. Close to all the stores, restaurants and the Boardwalk. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were such a treat. All you need is your towel to go enjoy the beautiful beach. Highly recommend!

Condo was clean, modern and had great amenities. Beach and pool were outstanding! Having the umbrella/chair service was a bonus, and used every day during our stay. Updated tv, bathroom vent fan, outlet nightlights were little things that really impressed us. Beautiful place on the best beach in Florida!

It pains me to write this review because once it’s given this diamond in the (very nice) ruff will probably stay booked, but credit must be given where credit is due. This place was stinkin amazing and literally perfect in every which way. Usually we forget something here or there but Jeremy and Whitney literally thought of every little detail when it comes to a person and their family having a quick get away. We traveled with a 10 week old and 4 year old and it felt like we were in a homey palace. From my husband and son jamming to the Bluetooth shower every night to having a perfect balcony that I could enjoy beautiful views while keeping an eye on a sleeping baby from the bedroom door entrance. It was the check out of crazy and check in to complete serenity. You can pack what you want for the beach, but they literally have thought of everything for convenience for their guests. And the perfect view of the fireworks were an added bonus not having to get out.
We loved this place and hopefully it won’t be too booked up for us to make it a yearly quick get away to reset.

I have been coming to Destin for over 30 years. And in that time, we have stayed at condos and houses. This property is so much more above the rest! The owners thought of everything. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable for our 14-year-old. Location is great, with easy access to stairs and elevator. I very much appreciate it the surplus of hangers, hooks in the bathroom, cookware, glassware, and extra supplies. Bathroom is beautiful as is the rest of the decor. I will definitely rebook this condo. The balcony furniture was comfortable and sturdy. The condo was spotless upon entering. I definitely noticed the extra pillows, throw blankets, and satellite TV. The linens and towels were fantastic quality. Communication with the owner was prompt, efficient and plentiful! Thank you so much for a great stay! All of our friends staying in other units agreed our condo was the best!

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break in this beautiful condo steps away from a wonderful beach and heated pool! We loved seeing the dolphins while walking on the beach each morning! The condo was very clean and spacious with everything we needed! Beautiful views from the deck complete with a fireworks show one night! Communication with Whitney was excellent! If we are lucky enough to return to Destin, we would definitely stay here again!

If I’m ever in Destin again, I would definitely rent this condo again. It’s very comfortable and has everything you’d need for a get-away. The location was beautiful. Lots of sand beach to walk on but also a nice long sidewalk to walk to nearest shopping and restaurants.
The host, Whitney, was very responsive to any questions that I had and was a delight to deal with.

My husband and I had such a great time during our stay. This is a beautiful condo with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The view from the balcony was amazing. This location can’t be beat! We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family. The amenities and extra supplies that they had made it so much easier for us as we did not have to pack beach towels, toys or chairs. The owners are so thoughtful and even got my daughter and I a cake and drinks for our birthdays! The short walk to the beach was so nice. We will definitely stay here again if we come back Destin!

This condo was perfect for our long weekend stay. Everything was clean and tidy, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the convenience of having the stairs and elevator nearby, and easy access to the beach, pool, and pickle ball courts.

Everything from beginning to end was amazing! The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxing. Beach toys, mini chair for our toddler were the extra touches that made it fun. Short walk to the beach and we appreciated the chairs+umbrella that came with our stay. Jeremy and Whitney were great communicators and made sure we were good and enjoying our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! It was beautifully decorated and was just as the pictures portrayed. It was so convenient from the parking, to the pool and most importantly the ocean. Tiffany was quick to respond to any questions and was a wonderful host. If you’re looking for a nice one bedroom condo in Destin, this is a great choice!

This is the condo to stay in while visiting Destin! Cleanliness is very important to us and this condo didn’t disappoint. It is spacious, beautiful and very well maintained. They put careful thought into what families would need while on vacation and as a mom I really appreciated that! We loved the location as it was tucked away from all the busy areas of Destin, but still close to grocery stores and great restaurants. Quick access to the beach which is great especially when traveling with kids! If you visit during the 4th of July, you get a perfect view of Fireworks from the balcony which was an awesome surprise for us! Thank you so much for making this an amazing trip for us!

This was the 1st time ever staying at a VRBO and they have sure set the bar high! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Close to the beach, and I loved the umbrella/chair service! And we were so grateful for the extra beach toys. We will definitely be back in the future!

My family of four spent 5 nights, and it was great. The condo was clean, beautiful, and well stocked. My kids were comfortable on the pull out sofa, and we slept amazingly in the bed. We really loved the location. It was more residential, and the beach wasn't overcrowded in mid May. Easy access to everything. It was great! We'd definitely stay again.

A lot of effort evident in the decor. Covered terrace faces W to the jetty, whereas complex accesses gulf beach to the S, so terrace offered some wind break. Beach amenities, such as chair service & cooler, were helpful. Beach was clean & not crowded.
