The motel was very clean, close to the shops and the cruise ship we had to get on

Great location, light filled room with gorgeous views over the port, all staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The only negative was the lack of storage space. Hanging space was fine, but there were no draws in the room or in the bathroom, which also had minimal bench space for storage.

The rooms were super comfy. The bar area was really nice. The hotel food was ok - nothing special. Close to the port and ferries to other islands. Really nice Staff.

Breakfast was good. Have stayed in many hotels and have seen better in regards to offerings but it was still a nice breakfast.

In the package offering wine and charcuterie board, there could be a little more to the board, perhaps more than one cheese and dips. Especially if offering to a couple. Was a nice package though.

The whole experience of staying at M Social was perfect from the location, room and great view and not to be left out, Hari the robot visiting our room with our parking card along with a yummy treat.

The buffet breakfast is terrific. Lots of choice. Coffe is good. My husband had an omelette which he enjoyed

Close to where I needed to be, staff were amazing and accommodating , amazing views, fabulous amenities and restaurant was fabulous for breakfast and dinner. Beds were comfortable and felt wonderful

In this day and age it was a wee tad expensive and absolutely at the top of my affordability.

We have previously stayed at M Social pre-Covid. The hotel has had a revamp and it looks great - the room was perfect for our needs, staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas. The breakfast was great, lots of variety. The location is perfect for enjoying the Viaduct and surrounding areas, easy access to lots of activities, bars, restaurants. Carpark right next door - reasonable rates.
