Superb location, very clean staff very professional and helpful. will definitely use again.

The 1 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, we really enjoyed the accommodation. The indoor pool was a bonus and we used this everyday.

Good location 20 minutes walk from both old and new town. Nice pool albeit very cold. Good sized rooms.

Food not great at the bar. Like others have said you can hear every movement from rooms above and it can be very loud from them just moving a chair.

Luna solaqua is a fantastic place. The staff are all so friendly we were greeted with a smile everytime we came through the door,even the cleaning staff are friendly and very helpful.The cleanliness is up to a super high standard I can't fault it. Everything is spotless.We've stayed here twice and will be staying again. Its in a perfect location,nice quiet area,close to everything. The apartments are a perfect size even the studio apartments.

Pool area kept very clean. Hotel and rooms very clean. Good quality bedsheets, changed daily. Staff very friendly. Good location beside Albufeira Terrace (small shopping centre). Good sized double balcony (we stayed a 1 bed apartment, doors from living area and bedroom onto balcony). Hotel not rowdy at night, quiet place to stay.

Smart TV in living room but no smart TV functions available! Cannot log into netflix etc and very little English channels... also better TV in the bedroom would be much better. Breakfast is OK but could be better for a 4 star hotel. Coffee terrible, I went to Albufeira Terrace every day for a decent cup from a Delta Coffee shop. Juices from cartons. Disappointing as anywhere I stay in Portugal I am usually guaranteed freshly squeezed orange juice and a good strong espresso in the morning! Its ok but we'd go self catering in future. Apartment was clean but needs a little updating.

Location

At first, the room that was given to us smelled bad, but they changed the room for us. We had a room facing the pool, but it didn't have a view of the pool and we had to bend our heads to see the pool

Spare blankets, lots of storage for clothes etc, spacious, great air conditioning

Ground floor apartment.. balcony looked onto a wall and was overlooked by footpath limited natural sunlight .. cups and glasses in kitchen were very small .. same songs were played over and over again in the pool area.

Big, clean apartment and well equipped. Good location wit loads of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Good option for families.

Clean Rooms

Charge £600 cash only deposit upon arrival with no prior notice. Absolutely no need for 5 forty somethings that arrived for a bit of R&R to pay this. Also then hassled at night time when tried to get back to our rooms after a night out where staff did not believe we where staying at this hotel and made life difficult for us

Staff were excellent anything we asked for was done promptly and with smiles. Beautiful hotel which was lovely and quiet. Excellent facilities the pool was amazing and our apartment was a great size for a family. Breakfast catered for everyone which was great.

On our arrival we got the smell of sewer in our apartment which worsened after a few days. We reported it and were moved straight away. We got the smell on one more occasion in our new apartment. This i don't blame on the hotel i actually blame the weather as it was unnaturally hot. Ive already booked for next year.

It is my second time to stay at this hotel & I found it very good and its peaceful with no stag groups. It is close to the old town & to a large shopping centre & if you want to get around Albuferia the tourist stops outside the Brisa Sol Hotel every 30 mins so it makes the location even better. Indoor & outdoor pools & good facilities overall.

Tea & coffee in room..

Room was nice and spacious. Good water pressure on the top floor which isn't a given usually. Pool area was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking out the front although during peak months you might struggle. Staff were friendly. Around a 20 minute walk to the strip, old town and the beach. Theres a shopping centre a 2 min walk away and a few restauraunts and shops within a 5 min walk.

Drinks in the pool bar was quite expensive, although this seems to be the norm now outside of happy hour in a lot of the bars around the new town/old town areas.

Good price per night and close-by supermarket for cooking at room’s kitchen.
