Great location at top of escalators into Old Town. Not noisy despite being so central. Apartment had everything we could need, beach towels, adaptor, iron, hair dryer, fan, etc...it was perfect for us. So comfortable and spacious for the price. A gem. Easy free parking in the area too.

Perfect place to stay in Albufeira. It's around 4 minutes walk from the beach and around 7 minutes from all the noisy streets with clubs, etc. It's really quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable, new-looking and really, really more than perfect. I can't imagine better place to stay, really. Francesco is a perfect host and a great guy. It was the best place I've stayed ever and that made my holiday in Albufeira even more perfect.

In some of the comments is stated that "stairway is a bit of a problem". It's not my role to tell everybody is it or is not, but for me- when I'm not perfectly fit it wasn't a problem at all. For people in their 80's maybe it can be (but also, depends on health of legs) but I think for most people it won't be a problem.

The property is an ideal location, very quiet but yet close enough to walk the Old Town (about 5-7 minutes) with a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, plus an amazing sandy beach. Everything you might need on arrival is only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment - supermarket, pharmacy, ATM etc as well as a few restaurants/bars. My flight had been delayed so my arrival was much later than planned. However, Francisco was waiting to welcome me and show me around the apartment. He also had very kindly left a most welcomed chilled bottle of wine plus juice and water in the fridge. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and absolutely spotless. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are planning a trip to Albufeira and I hope to return again very soon.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment in a great location, close to beach and old town. The owner communicated really well and collecting the key went very smoothly. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay (and a good supply of toilet roll, toiletries etc), and a nice added touch of beer, pepsi and water in the fridge. It was quite cold (as we were there in February) but the heaters kept us warm. Restaurant across the road was also really good. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool but I imagine it would be lovely for a cool down in summer. Highly recommend.

The owner met us with the keys to the property and had some homemade buns for us. The beers in the fridge were welcome as well 😊

Excellent facilities cooker fridge freezer washing machine dishwasher microwave toaster. Bottle of water juice beer and wine in fridge.

No lift a bit of a drawback.
