酒店唯一可取的是地段不错

住了两天，服务极差，第一天住沿街的房间非常吵，一夜无眠，要求换个房间，被服务员生硬的拒绝，恳求无效，第二天更气，买了一些水果，水果进冰箱，手提袋放椅子上，被她们收走，致电前台能不能送个塑料袋上来，我们需要打包水果，结果要求我自己下去前台拿，下去也罢了，五分钟找出来一个旧袋子给我，实在是气！毛巾有污渍，根本没法用。早餐很差。

Il mio recente soggiorno al Comfort Hotel di Yerevan è stato complessivamente discreto, con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La camera era accettabile e il bagno era buono, anche se ho riscontrato qualche problema con l'acqua calda della doccia che a volte si raffreddava improvvisamente. Anche il phon si surriscaldava rapidamente e smetteva di funzionare, costringendomi ad aspettare per finire di asciugare i capelli. Considerando il prezzo, non mi aspettavo una colazione stellare, quindi non è stata una grande delusione. In generale, il Comfort Hotel è una scelta decente per chi cerca un alloggio economico a Yerevan. La struttura è discreta e la posizione è comoda, ma ci sono alcuni piccoli inconvenienti da tenere in considerazione. Se cercate un hotel di lusso con servizi impeccabili, forse è meglio cercare altrove. Ma se avete un budget limitato e non avete grandi pretese, il Comfort Hotel potrebbe fare al caso vostro.

La colazione era discreta, ma con poca scelta. Ho apprezzato la frutta fresca, gli yogurt e le marmellate, ma le uova sode erano troppo cotte e il resto non aveva un aspetto invitante. La doccia con acqua calda ballerina ed il phon che funzionava a volte si ed a volte no.

Wsztstko zgodne z opisem. Darmowy transfer lotniskowy nawet w środku w nocy. Bardzo pomocny personel. W holu dystrybutor wody pitnej dzięki czemu można było napełnić butelki wody. Czysto w pokoju i łazience. Blisko do centrum okolo 15-20 min na nogach.

Staff are very decent and cooperative, rooms are comfortable.

The hotel is cozy and clean few minutes walk to Freedom Square, its at the heart of the city. We booked a family room for 3. Since I am with my lady friend and my brother, there was privacy as their was a separate room for him with a good price value. Cleanliness of the room and the hotel as a whole is properly maintained. All the staffs are accommodating, Maher who was our tour guide did an excellent job and keen in providing Details / history of every place we visited. So concerned, when we went to Tsachkadzor and gave us instruction how to ride the cable so wont get hurt. A people person with high value.

Comfort hotel is very accesible to the Republic Square (City Centre) Carrefour supermarket and Rossia shopping malls. Good location. The staff -(receptionist) Hasmik, (the tour guide) Karim and the supervisor were extremely wonderful, accommodating and friendly. They will treat you as their friends. They are attentive and responded very quick. 💞SPECIAL MENTION to (receptionist) Maher who gave his beyond expectation service for caring your guest. BIG THANKS to all the staff from the management, receptionist, kitchen and housekeeping staff. I feel your genuine hospitality treatment. They can also converse in English. The breakfast was good and healthy. You really provided a sumptous breakfast to your guest Room - you making sure that everyday it was clean and the staff come daily. We booked the hotel for three nights and the airport transfer was a very good bonus. They make sure the safety of the guest. I will recommend this and will surely come back here whenever we visit Yerevan. ❤️Our Wedding anniversary was surely memorable with the help of Comfort Hotel.❤️ Zon and Paula
