Clean, neat room and good hosting Near to the beach Breakfast

Location was closer to the sea so kids had fun at the beach on all days we were there. Basic amenities like hot/cold water, clean beds and an induction heater for my 1 year old's food helped us in our stay. The caretaker was very helpful.

The homestay could have few tables and mosquito nets around to make the stay more comfortable.

Location wise it is good, near to the beach just 200m away, station is 10 min away by auto. Small clean homestay, the owner is very friendly, he is always ready to guide your tour in puri. Cafe restaurants are nearby. The owner arranged a temporary room for our early check in within a very short notice without any single penny. We had access of the terrace for drying out clothes. There is a small place inside the gate for parking bike.

The rooms were a little bit suffocating as it had very less opening yo the outer side, only one room out of the three had proper ventilation. Mosquito problem is there. Plumbing work need some improvement like fittings of tap and leakage problem

I like Nirman much like those dormitories in Himachal where backpackers are out exploring the town during the day and come crash for the night. With excellent responsiveness from the owner of the property, you could check out the spots which are not yet on Google radar. Plus the food - authentic Odia food 🤤 It is a safe space for solo travellers not so familiar with the territory, the location is super close to the railway station, bus stand and the beach. I would recommend Nirman over hotels anyday.

I think a small common area, like an rooftop would be great for travellers to come together and jam together

Hi all. Sri Sathya ji has been an excellent host for the four of us - took care of us in every possible manner. We didn't have a proper plan for the visit - he gave us the contact of a very kind cab driver and ensured that we were safely picked up from the airport. Once we reached Puri, he made a travel plan for us which worked very fine for us. Also, the homemade breakfast that his family lovingly served with tasty rasogullas was very memorable. As I travelled with my elderly parents, I had expressed a small discomfort that they faced that sathya ji readily obliged to resolve. Overall, i would recommend Nirman for any visitor to Puri - very safe, trustworthy and value for money!
