Clean & tidy quiet peaceful easy acceptor beach, next Sikh temple

Check out time 7am it’s bloody too early & cause great inconvenience

The room size was good. Room was full of light and airy. 200 mtr from sea beach. You can take a bath in the sea avoiding the crowd in swargadwar market. It has things what you can expect from a "Guest House". So it will be unfair if anyone compares it with a hotel. Guest House staff helps in arranging for the auto whenever you need it. The auto fare is good and you do not have to bargain with autowallas. Overall it is a good stay if you are looking for a Guest House.

Shower was not working in the bathroom. Constructive feedback: 1. We booked a standard room but there was no fan regulator. This was not at all expected. 2. No geyser in bathroom. I travelled with a 3yr old kid, so we expected this one. 3. My expectation was geyser should be there on each floor.

Rooms were stuffy. Not worthy for Rs.950/- (Non-AC), given it's location. Lighting of approach road was very insufficient & had fallen down twice dly hurting knees & bruises. Foods are tremendously over priced and not delicious. I was told if AC is used then an extra RS.500/- per day have to be paid.

This property is ideal for people who are looking for less commotion and mild crowd. It is budget friendly and food is fresh and to your liking. The beach is nearby and communication is good.

Provision for self tea making in the room with accessories would have been better.
