The location was convenient. It was clean on the day we arrived. The communication was very good.

There were two issues: 1) we had difficulty using the combination code to access the outer grill and the door to the room the 2nd day we were there. This happened a few times that day and we couldn’t get into our room. However, the “owners” were very helpful changing the access code each time we had a problem; 2) we were told housekeeping would come on day 2 but they never showed up.

Very hot in the room. Access code to outside gate only worked the first time then we had to go through the restaurant each time we wanted to go to our room which felt weird as it was a very nice restaurant and we always felt like we were in the way of their staff.

Super cool location and view. I really liked the interior: modern furniture, lots of space for clothes, pretty spacious room

— Entrance through a summer terrace of a cafe, not a bit deal, but cannot safe I liked distorting people eating. — Additionally you need to go through chairs for this terrace, it’s a bit uncomfortable if you have some luggage — 3rd floor without an elevator — No air conditioner, no way you can survive without opening windows — Smells moldy in a bathroom

Charm of room. Well used space. Location in regards to closeness to downtown.

Entry to building always blocked by restaurant patrons and walkway blocked by restaurant equipment. Lots of cigarette smoke from restaurant

Wonderful rooms above a great Belgian restaurant. Spacious, clean and nicely appointed. Although above the restaurant the noise from the terrace was not a problem. Fantastic location in the center, near quite a few public transport stops. 10 minute walk from Grand Place.

If you have heavy luggage the 3 stairs will test your resolve! The entry is easy enough with the keypad but exit you might miss the button to open the gate! The only drawback to this fantastic place was the noise of the I assume fellow occupants. The noise from the street was less of an issue.

beautiful room with an amazing location

sound isolation is not the best, we were woken up by the other guests being very loud at 7:30 in the morning, running around and shouting

no receptionist, restaurant staff constantly blocking the doorways. key codes constantly changed and often no one could be reached so we were locked out. some areas are extremely smelly.

the location is absolutely phenomenal and the style of the room is.beautiful

the entrance (thru a side door to a restaurant is not appealing) and the stairs to get to the room on the 3rd floor are difficult to negotiate the room has huge potential but there were many small details that could be improved (the room is cold, no carpet and no slippers offered) I requested no feathers due to allergy - well in advance - and was told they don’t have allergy free pillows and made no effort to accommodate my request we received no help to get our suitcases up the staircase and our room was not service on rhe 2nd day of our stay staff was not the friendliest
