The room size was fine for 1 person but quite small for 2 persons as promoted.

El hotel estaba a 5-10 min de estación de metro o tren y alrededor habían algunas tiendas, cafés y farmacias. La habitación era muy cómoda, tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El recepcionista que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos ayudó con recomendaciones de lugares.

The location feels safe, not very crowded, close to transportation. Staff were friendly. Breakfast not bad (bread and croissants were delicious). Room is spacious. No carpet which is something I prefer.

Breakfast needs to have more variety; there aren’t many options really. Also prefer to identify whether breakfast items are “halal” or not for Arabs / Muslims (I almost had scrambled eggs which apparently were cooked in pig 🐷 fat. Thankfully, a staff member recognized I was muslim and told me not to eat it). One more thing, there was a constant smell in the bathroom which doesn’t smell nice although it was cleaned daily.. also towels kind of have a smell (suggest to use freshener while washing them for a fresh smell).

Very good breakfast. The cuppucino machine in the buffet area makes terrific coffee. We stayed in a room with a balcony, it was clean, had good facilities. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. Location is good, close to the metro station and some bus stops.

The balcony was nice, but was very dark at night, and had only one chair.

The room is good but as much as appeared in the photos. The breakfast is good enough. The location is very good.

The lobby is small with little facilities.

The first room provided was too small for two people and not comfortable at all. The staff has kindly then changed the room with a better one.

Location is good for walking to several nearby museums, parks, and the EU parliament area

Showers were extremely small, maybe 4ft by 4ft Nearby stores and restaurants cater to office workers so are only open limited daytime hours and are closed for weekends and holidays. Breakfast was way, way over priced.

Coffee and tea bags not kept in room everyday.

The receptionists were very nice.

The room had some string of dust or spider web hanging of the ceiling over the bed. The hair dryer didn't work. The safe didn't work. The shower was small. I'm tall but not big, and I thought it was narrow. The toilet seat wasn't pristine like it's supposed be when it's cleaned properly. But it is a Holiday Inn after all.

The staff was very kind and helpfull. Hotel is in a very accessible location. Room was clean and well equiped.

It would be better to be possible to open the window and have more fresh air.

I could not open the window and one of the staff member told me that it is impossible.

Location is top just 3 min walking from Schuman station and airport bus stop. The hotel is quiet and rooms perfect also to work.

Some details in the room need some little maintenance and renovation

Comfortable room

Hotel had not alerted me in advance that the area was fully blocked off and access to the road that the hotel was on would be difficult. It took me 45 minutes wandering around alone at night to finally find a way to access the road that the hotel was on. It would have been very simple for the hotel to have pre warned me with a message.
