Air conditioning was out of order!!! Swimming pool out of order! No possibility to check-in earlier - waiting many hours!

The room is great and breakfast is the best

Good location near Unseo station. Comfortable room and bed, good room facilities. Staff friendly, good value for money.

Rooms were huge and clean. Amazing location.

Basic amenities such as shampoos, conditioners, soaps and dental kits had to be purchased.

only 7 min by train from the airport Incheon, Station Unseo is quite big and surrounding residential are has got a large number of convenience shops that are open 24h if you go to Seoul station don't miss the last train at 23:40, however taxis are not expensive, I had a ride of 25km for 25 USD

Excellent location only 15 mins from airport via Airport Subway. Room and hotel is very clean. Comfy beds and nice showers. Breakfast is SUPERB. Mixed American and Asian options. Extremely excellent value. Room doesn’t come with shampoos and things but we had our own so didn’t bother us. Also cheap to just get from hotel. Tons of good food places, cafes and stores around. Easy to walk anywhere to grab what you need.

Pool and sauna is still closed. Would have been nice if it was open but we were only there 1 night anyway so no biggy.

the staff had no service mind, no smile in the face.

the website, the materials in the room and the signs at the restaurant in the hotel all say different stuff. it’s confusing and really inconvenient.

The toilet seat is warm.

1. Too close to the airport (about 10 minutes drive). This should be a plus. However when I was taking the taxi at the airport, I was rejected by most taxi drivers because the destination was too close! And there was no shuttle bus service provided by the hotel. 2. I was 20 minutes earlier for check-in. The hotel reception told me that checking in at an earlier time would cause an extra fee - 10,000 KRW. 3. There was no bottle water, no tissue, no shampoo/body wash gel, no toothbrush/toothpaste, no breakfast because of the Covid. One-use slippers were made of low-quality material and were as thin as A4 paper. I don’t know why they are still running the hotel. If they are doing this for safety precautions, they might as well shut down the hotel.

The location is just perfect when you need to go to the airport early. Excellent room, modern, clean. Only minus the check at 3 pm is too later, and the staff just when we arrived was not very polite

The staff at the reception not even a "hello", but check in at 3! but maybe was too busy with all the people around...

Firstly, met with friendly staff upon check-in. The room is clean with bright lighting. The surroundings have many eateries.

I am happy with the room that I stay but only stay a night.

We only stayed one night before our flight as it was easier than trying to get out of Seoul to the airport early but this hotel is a classic American-style hotel! Bed was comfy, room was a good size, bathroom was great. Perfect airport hotel! The location is great for getting last-minute things as there is a CU on the ground floor!

The entrance to the hotel is a little confusing as there is also a Days Hotel that shares the entrance; you are supposed to use a different set of lifts for each hotel, but then they only have one reception when you get to the lobby for both hotels which confused us a little, other than that it was great!
