the cleanliness was poor. there were evidence that the room assigned to us wasn’t cleaned prior to our stay: floor was sticky, table has some food marks, multiple strain of hair on bed and the worst part was the toilet

飛行機が遅延して深夜に到着したけど、待っていてくれたこと。 シクロの運転手が吹っかけてきた値段が高いと教えてくれたこと。

部屋にドラム式乾燥機があると書いてあったのになかったこと。 ハエが飛んでいて…通気口から何匹でも出てきたこと。 Booking.com経由のホテルとやりとりできるメッセージは使っていないみたいでした。

The best place we have stayed in Southeast Asia. Excellent location just by the beach which made views from the room and the pool stunning. The bed was super comfortable and the room was so spacious. There are lots of good food spots really close by and the breakfast was good as well. Plus the pool and gym area were such great places to relax! Thank you!!

Уже много раз остановоивплись в этом отеле. Все очень достойно! Обратите внимание - НОМЕРА С БАЛКОНАМИ. За 20-25$ за хороший номер с балконом - супер! Не во всех дорогих отелях есть балкон. Мы забронировали номер для себя и друзей. Друзья не смогли приехать и отель без штрафа и оплат отменил бронь. Приятно. Будем останавливаться ещё!

Приветливый персонал, уборка каждый день, весьма разнообразный завтрак, расположение рядом с морем. Очень оптимальное соотношение цены и качества. За эти деньги отличный отель и отличный сервис.

위치는 바닷가 앞이고 여행자거리 끝이라서 저녁에 조용하고 바닷가 이용에도 편안한 곳이다. 당연히 가성비 최고의 훌륭한 호텔이다.

수영장은 목욕탕 수준이라서 사용하지 않았지만 바로 앞이 바다라서 전혀 문제가 없다.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok; coffee was good but not hot enough. Quiet place, just some 400m from the beach. Staff was helpful.

Our booking included a seaview window but it was just a half seaview as there was unfortunately a telecommunication tower blocking the view.

Great location close to restaurants, shops and almost on the seafront. We had a great view from our bath of the sea. Staff were friendly. Breakfast options were more Vietnamese than Western style but staff made fried eggs and pancakes fresh each morning. Bed was very comfortable and the room was a great size. Very small balcony couldn't really sit out on it but had a lovely view. AC in the room was good. Pool was nice and gave good views of the sea.

We had a room facing out on to the road and it was quite noisy at night. The room lets a lot of noise in we could hear the elevator button being pressed and knocks on others doors from our room. There is a bar on the seafront that plays music until 2am and we could hear this from our room - not much the hotel can do about this one though. Would recommend to ask for a room facing away from the road if you are a light Sleeper.

The room is spacious and very clean. With a bathtub overlooking the beach and balcony . You can watch sunrise there. Breakfast was good enough Staff was very nice The quality is beyond the price.

We have ordered glutenfree breakfast and they Said that there would be fried rice for us and something that we could eat. But when we came there was only salat. They would not make some food for ud in the buffet that we could eat and they would not give us the money back. The price of the breakfast is 100.000 VND / pax. So we needed to go out in the city and buy some breakfast. That is not good service. If you are allergic to gluten dont go here.

The hotel is only 500m from the beach and near facilities and restaurants. Plenty of choice for breakfast and staff were helpful.

There were no fans in room, only air conditioner

The first day the breakfast was completely cold including the coffe the beef was not soft as breakfast from last year to these year the change a lot need improvement and not saving was my preferred hotel the problem I hawe report to the owner and booking.com

They only gave us one key to room so got hot all the time we left and when we got there the windows were left open and aircon was off . We requested twin beds and we changed rooms 3 times till we got the right one .

It was so noisey at night with a night club close by that didn’t stop until 2am most nights. Hired a motor bike through the hotel, it broke down about 15kms away. The hotel eventually organise someone to come and help but no assistance to transport us back. We had to pay for our own cab back to the hotel after 2hrs of waiting on the highway for assistance. Woke up with bug bites on my arms. The hotel checked the room out, didn’t communicate what was found (they looked like bed bug or flee bites), however i didn’t get anymore bites after that. Dogs are aloud in the hotel and guests take them the breakfast. Worst breakfast in Vietnam so far. Pool is small and the gym is an open air guy with only a treadmill- no weights. Whilst it is a cheap hotel, you could find a better hotel elsewhere

Great location. The round bed was very novel and the room had a great view. Hotel arranged a driver to the airport and staff were generally helpful.

Unfortunately our room, labelled an apartment on the upper floor, was below the pool. You could hear the creaking of the pool ladder and the sound of people jumping into the pool all day and in the evening. The wifi was also poor on that level, much better in the lobby. The air conditioning was also not incredibly effective. Although our experience may have been different had we chosen a different room, it was still pretty unpleasant.

The room was nice and spacious, and everything was clean. Breakfast was okay - different choices. The location was also good, right across from the beach and within walking distance of different bars/restaurants.

The wifi was really bad. They only have one wifi (not a separate one for each floor like some hotels), and since I was on the top floor (21st), 99% of the time the wifi was not working. Should def be fixed.

chose this hotel because there was a pool and a gym. pool was out of service and gym didnt exist. entrance to hotel was blocked by scaffolding and so had to squeeze past it everytime.

Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful, particularly in pointing out to me what was vegetarian. Which was most important to me. Location was perfect for beach and local restaurants. TV screen in room was dark and difficult to see as brightness was difficult to control. Just a minor issue which I'm sure staff could have rectified if I had contacted them. Overall a really enjoyable stay.

Maybe extend breakfast time to 10.30am. A lot of travellers arrive very late and also party late and would appreciate a later breakfast time.

Staff is very friendly. Special thanks to young boy from reception named Xài. He helped with everything without hesitation. Made my stay easier and more comfortable. Location is 5 min walking to the beach, a lot of shops, restaurants around. Room is very big, clean, fresh. Cleaning every day. Beautiful sea view. Breakfast is buffet. Simple, but has everything I needed for morning. Eggs, veges, bread, fruits, coffee, some local dishes.. It's more then enough.

The front desk girl was very helpful. She has given good recommendation on places to visit n dine. It made our trip so much more enjoyable. Overall the hotel was good and value for money .
