Grand choix de nourriture. Petit déjeuner en terrasse face à la mer.

Viennoiseries (croissants) pas frais. Chocolat chaud payant. Manque de transats disponibles sur la plage. Je n'ai pas apprécié la politique commerciale de l'hôtel qui consiste à faire tout payer d'avance (le séjour à l'arrivée et les consommations durant le séjour, il y a quelques années dans ce même hôtel tout était réglé au moment de quitter l'hôtel), je comprends cette pratique comme une volonté financière de perception de cash plutôt qu'une défiance envers les clients).

O café da manhã foi incrível. Eles tem um restaurante ali do lado onde a gente pode tomar o café da manhã e é absolutamente perfeito. O problema está sem dúvidas nos funcionários, mas a comida é delicia. O quarto é espaço e bem confortável, a cama era enorme e bem limpinha. Gostei bastante.

Os funcionários são extremamente grossos. Não tinha ninguém no lounge do lobby grande parte do tempo, então você tinha que esperar 15 minutos pra ser atendido no bar. O staff não falava inglês e acabam sendo bem rudes por conta disso, era bem difícil manter uma comunicação. Eu tive que ensinar o cara da recepção a passar meu cartão no checkin, ele insistia em dizer que estava sendo recusado, eu expliquei 10x pra ele que ele estava fazendo errado e eu precisava colcoar meu PIN, mas ele ignorou. No fim eu acabei fazendo eu mesmo. Você não pode ficar confortável. Estava sentado no lobby do hotel pela manhã e encostei minha cabeça no braço do sofá enquanto lia um livro. Foram chamar minha atenção falando que eu precisava sentar com postura, que era proibido se apoiar no sofá daquele jeito. Não o suficiente, tudo é proibido. O chuveiro é horrível pq vaza agua para todos os lados e é perigoso escorregar. Tinha alguns insetos dentro do meu quarto, mas nada que eu tivesse medo, apenas lagartixas e moscas. Meio desconfortável, mas acredito que não seja devido a falta de limpeza, mas sim pq é o ambiente úmido. Eu não voltaria neste hotel novamente puramente por conta do staff incompetente, não preparado e não cordial. Também acho que esteja na hora de rever essas normas antiquadas. E também colocar alguém no bar do hotel que saiba servir os guests. Também falta muita transparência no pq estão fazendo as coisas. Eles começaram a tirar uma copia do meu cartao black e eu disse que não queria que fizessem e eles achaaram ruim. Muito sem noção. A localiazção não é das melhores: apesar de ser beira mar, você não pode nadar ali e na realidade os barzinhos melhores e os restaurantes ficam a uns 600 metros dali. Recomendo que fiquem mais próximo dessas areas.

The property was older but well maintained and clean, the pool area was beautiful and breakfast was amazing with plenty of options

The hotel it self was very nice and the staff where always friendly.

I didnt know the chips and drinks in the bedroom where just a gift. It would had been nice if it was written somewhere that they weren’t, or maybe i just didnt see the list, but had to pay for them when i was checking out

The location right on the beach was great. The pool was beautiful. A short walk to everything. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. We stated in the executive suite, and it was excellent value for money.

It was a little quiet as it was just before summer, so there were a couple of little things, although not enough to spoil the amazing place. The pool barman didn't come and ask if you wanted a drink. You would have to go up and order it and then go back to your lounge. The Lvl 10 cocktail lounge wasn't open. The spa and beauty salon were closed for renovation. Limited English speaking channels on the TV.

The foyer was fantastic and our room with spa on the balcony overlooking the ocean was a nice surprise, having towels and sunlounges ready for us to use on the beach was also very good. Nice meals and thanks to all staff but special to Mr Dung, Mr Tien, and Ms Hoa during our stay. Steve & Tina

Location, in front of the beach. Swimming pool. Most important, support from the staff. (Helped me to book returned bus ticket, 1 days of Island visit and snorkeling) Breakfast was very good.

The room start to be a little bit old. (some missing seals between tiles in bathroom) Bar is closed early at swimming pool.

We booked two nights here whilst having honeymoon in Vietnam and was great choice. Hotel offered us shuttle van for 600k land it was less than taxi and we had plenty of space. The room itself was super clean, had comfy bed. We appreciated English speaking staff and great location, perfect swimming pool and free sun beds on beach.

Just - Extremely overpriced laundry (48k just for one piece of underwear to wash) and breakfast with less European food options than we would expected.

The swimming pool was awesome. The bed very comfy. The staff lovely and helpful and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. We had balcony beach view. It was beautiful by day and colourful at night

The aircon in rooms was average. The private beach was way over rated! It should not be labelled a private beach. We had to wait for extra beach beds to be delivered because the 8 beds on beach were taken. They estimated half hour wait for beds.. too bad if everyone staying at hotel wanted to use 'private beach' at same time!! The hotel attendant at beach had no idea. The day spa was closed! Under renovations.. something we had to figure out for ourselves and reiterate to another guest who was also looking for it! We were never told this and it is still advertised on their page as open! It's literally called The Sunrise Spa Resort!! They tell you not to drink the tap water and only leave you 2 little bottles of water for drinking and to brush yr teeth. Level 10 bar closed! Would have been great night view if open. People were smoking in rooms and it was coming through the vents into other rooms. Don't order the steak sandwich! The bathroom was an accident waiting to happen! It was shower in bath. Bath was deep so it's a big step into bath to have bath or shower. The bathroom flooded no matter how hard you tried to confine the water to the bathtub.. leaving it wet and very dangerous to get out of. It was slippery. There are no fans in bathroom either! We all know why toilets need fans, right? As lovely as the swimming pool is?? I witnessed a Few guests slip over on tiles. My partner slipped over and fell to ground, it was a miracle she didn't injure herself. We finally worked out where tiles had been replaced to tread lightly as not to slip. It was very dangerous.

The view for our room was amazing. Good balcony with cute spa bath.

conveniently placed close to the beach.

there was dust in the wardrobe, the drainer of the shower didn’t work properly and made it the water get everywhere on the floor. so we asked to thee things to be fixed and eventually tried to move out. we asked for a refund or other compensations but we didn’t receive any of those.

Location was very good,beautiful view of the whole bay ,particularly nice as sun went down.Service was lovely,greeted with a smile every time we appeared.All enquiries about transport to our next destination dealt with promptly. Breakfast buffet was excellent and enjoyed being able to order a barrista coffee instead of usual weak filter coffee.Liked jam made with tropical passion fruit and home made yogurt,fresh omelette made with a light touch.
