Marvellous location, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, pleasant wellness facility and acceptable price - service balance.

everything was perfect. hotel is on exellent position, it is clean, room is specios, food is exellent and the staf is so frendly that make me feel like home.

Nothing to complain about

Rooms are nice, staff is very friendly and professional.

In the room there is watter heater but no caffe bags, also no slipers in the room. Mini bar was empty, filled on demand. Breakfast ingridiends were "cheep".

Great place to spend few days with kids, warm pool, great food, nice room. Kids loved everything!

The room was clean and good size but without the possibility of regulatinng the heating. When we got into the room it was heated at 25°C and after requesting at the reception to lower the temperature to 18°C it was still unbearably hot specially during nighttime. How very sustainable!? The staff was very acomodating.

The excesive temperature as mentioned. The inside pool is far too small for the hotel of this size and accomodation capacity. Much smaller than in Valamar Corinthia in Baška that is only a 3 star hotel. Compared to Cotinthia as well they have less choice of food and do not have brunch included in the price. Rabac is a dead location during winter time whitout even a kiosk. So hotel could at least have a small gift shop.

Staff very polite and helpful...

Jacuzzi temperature very low..whole room actually cold....not even one available sun lounger... no place to put the towel...place was packed...additional charge for bathrobe ( usually u get it free together with sliders) location ...in winter time not really good idea to walk on the rain to get spa centre or dinner which is based in main building...

Very nice located hotel. Beautiful view. The hotel is nice, even if is old but everything is functional, in good condition. The area around the hotel is perfect for walking or swimming in the sea. The room was regular but clean with minimum facilities for 4 stars ( mini fridge, locker, water heater for tea, hair dryer ). The 2 main beds were comfortable even if they were of different dimension... Inside pool available and opened, towels provided, free jacuzzi. Free parking being out of the season. The food for breakfast was ok and good variety. The food for dinner was also tasty and good variety but nothing special.

Excepting the pool there was nothing else opened, no other activity, no entertainment. Even the playroom for kids was closed. Feels like there is nothing to do around being out of the season. The 3 beds rooms was in fact 2 beds + 1 armchair which was extremly hard, almost impossible to sleep on it. The hot water before dinner when everybody was showering probably, was some moments hot some moments cold. The employees had a "fake smile" look like they are very said working there. The promoted "included soft drink" represent some bad quality juices, but at least there is free water. 1 glass of beer at dinner 36 kn, way too much.

Good selection of food, nice beach

Very small Spa facilities for such a big hotel. The spa is located in a main building therefore the guests staying in other units of the hotel do not have direct access....If the spa is very important to you, this hotel is not the best choice.

cold pool for kids

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dinner and breakfast very good with lots of choices. Location great too.
