Very nice apartment in an impressive building. Clean, comfortable. Café in the same building, where we got our breakfast. Great place to stay.

Fabulous apartment in an amazing restored building. Great secure parking for car and bikes. Close to the city centre but in a quiet area. Good brew pub nearby. Would definitely recommend if visiting the city.

A very nice and comfortable appartement for bussiness trips. You can rest after the work or do your work. Very fast WiFi, large comfortable table, very nice kitchen with big refrigerator. Mostly i like how clean it is. The bathroom is super! I find anything I thing for 10 days stay, fully equiped kitchen, washing mashine and iron, large TV, couch, large comfortable bed. With a small amount you can have a parking place underground, which I suggest for everyone with car, because outside on the street are few parking places free.

Pretty good location, interesting brick building, renovated textile factory. I like the concept very much. The place itself worth to stay here.

The smell in the apartment was pretty annoying for the first hour, then you are getting used to it. And only one more thing - mold in the bathroom. Bathroom really big, even huge but the mold in the tiling under your feet in the shower pretty disappointing. I may assume that it's because of increased humidity. Besides that everything was okay,

Very neat and good looking room. Perfect for a 1 day couple or a business trip. Very spacious room, comfy bed, decent kitchen.

Interesting building located in an interesting area of Łódź. Comfortable, very warm, easy Check-in.

Could do with a bigger duvet. No tea towels, that might be a British thing.

Everything was perfect, the place was clean and tidy, bed is very comfortable.

The apartment was very modern and super spacious with high quality furnishings and fittings throughout. Surprisingly warm and cosy considering the high vaulted brick ceiling. Comfortable bed and really great 'rain' shower. A great overnight stay in a unique space!

The rain shower worked after a good scrub to get the limescale off! 😁 Waste needs clearing - very slow to drain away. Could do with some tea towels and maybe a toaster? Sofa buttons need repair and maybe needed a little more preparation (some splashed food from previous guests and dishwasher not emptied)

Hidden info about additional cost of parking (30PLN) which is not perfect as well. 1 big room with kitchen + bathroom (old shower cabin). No furnitures on terrace.

Good location with restaurant,coffee, supermarket, children playground few steps away. Also - it’s few (literaly) meters away from couple sight seeing (historical mill) - note that Lodz does not have any old town per se. As for the apartment - it has everything needed

Super stylish loft in a former factory. When we had trouble accessing the underground garage, the owner assisted us immediately and efficiently.. The fabulous old town is a brisk 20 minute walk away, though there are restaurants on the premises.

I love the space in these rooms. much prefer this to a hotel.
