Fantastic unit, great building! This was our fourth year doing summer vacations at South Padre Island and the second year at this building for a reason. The building has private beach access and a pool that is shaded in the afternoon when it is too hot to be on the beach. The unit itself is clean, well organized, and the management company is attentive when you need them but leaves you alone the rest of the time. Thanks for a great beach vacation!

Everything was truly amazing! The location of the property is walking distance to cafes, a bookstore, and shops. The condo itself had everything we needed, seriously everything. From beach supplies to kitchen supplies- it didn't disappoint. It truly made our trip easy! Beds a major plus- so comfy! And the response time and communication with property owner was fast. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The property is in a great location to get to the grocery store and restaurants. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the easy access to the beach made it smooth to get all our beach stuff to the beach and set up everyday. The condo was clean and as described in the listing. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this condo even though a tropical storm limited our beach days! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! We appreciated the wagon and all the chairs and toys since we had 3 small kids with us. The kitchen was stocked, the washer and dryer was nice to have, and the beds were all clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the pool due to the tide being so high from the storm and the kids loved the kiddie pool. There were a ton of games in the condo that our kids loved. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was very nice. It had many essentials. I loved that it had a washer-dryer in the house. They provided detergent. They also had a wagon to take to the beach, chairs, toys, an ice chest, and umbrellas. We bought eggs and pancakes to make. But forgot oil and syrup. Opened the cabinet and was so happy they had oil and syrup with dates of when it was bought. Very nice people would love to stay again. There were many board games for the kids, which they loved, and they played one every night. There were ceiling fans in every room, and two small plug-in fans were also available. Both bathrooms were stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. They also provide dish soap.

Everything they said was there and more. Just had to get food and sunscreen and we were set to go. The girls loved the beach and the pool.

This was an amazing rental for families! We traveled with 2 families, and had 3 kids with us ranging from 4-10 years old. Absolutely everything we could have needed was at the condo, which was so nice! We've never had a rental that provided so many extras like nice pots & pans for cooking, an air fryer, kids plates & silverware etc! The location of this condo was excellent and was centrally located and we were able to walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, stores and even the grocery store!

We were so impressed with all the “extras” this location offered. We traveled with 3 boys, ages 6-10. There were boogie boards and sand equipment in the deck box outside. They even had a wagon to load up all your stuff to take to the beach. Multiple cooler bags to take your meals or drinks with you. We had two days of rainy, windy weather and it was so nice to have all the board games, books, and video game system! The location is amazing! It is right on the beach and next to a shuttle stop. We were there during spring break and had no issues with noise or safety. The beach was pretty quiet. We loved our stay here!

The condo has a well equipped kitchen and comes with many of the basic necessities provided by the owner. Having items like coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, etc. already in stock meant that we didn’t have to make a major shopping trip immediately after check-in. So we could take some time to enjoy the view of the ocean and the sky once we brought our luggage up to the condo.
Ocean Vista Towers has a great location. It is close to grocery shopping, restaurants and nightlife. And, of course, it is located right on the beach, so you are a very short walk for the surf.
The In-Home entertainment system was also excellent. The large screen, high-definition, TVs and the many included streaming services allowed us to sample some entertainment options that we don’t have at home but have wanted to try.
The condo rental manager was easy to contact and quick to respond to questions both before and during our rental period.

Growing up we visited South Padre Island many times. Now I’ve grown up and we are coming from out of state with my wife and 2 boys and we had a great time. From the perfect spot on the beach, to the accessibility to the Pool and other amenities - we had a great time. We made plenty of memories as well during the night life with all the restaurants and attractions. We would certainly stay at this place again. As far as the Condo - it has literally everything you need. Our main goal is to spend our time on the beach; if there was any imperfections inside the Condo it wasn’t noticed for me to address it in anyway. Thank you!!

Three of my girlfriends joined me in celebrating my 60th birthday. Spent childhood going to SPI and wanted to return. Condo was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable. Stocked with anything you can think of. View was gorgeous. We used free shuttle service which a stop is conveniently located across street. Used taxis a few times as well. Definitely recommend and would return!

Seriously, just bring your clothes and your family and you’re ready to go! This unit has absolutely all your beach necessities and so much more than you would think of. Sand toys, plenty of chairs, umbrellas, cooler, cart, beach towels, etc. We brought all of our own stuff but could’ve saved so much room if we would’ve left it at home and used the unit’s beach gear. And they had everything we thought to bring. Pantry and kitchen were well stocked with spices, oil, and every pan and small kitchen appliance you could need. This is the 3rd unit at Ocean Vista we’ve stayed at and by far our favorite. I’ve honestly never stayed at another rental so well stocked. We really appreciated having all those essentials there. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to come back soon!

This condo was perfect for our girls trip! From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The beach vibe was definitely there with the furnishings and the amazing views. The unit was completely stocked with everything we needed with all the beach supplies, towels, paper products, and the kitchen provided all the essentials and then some. Short walk, drive, or taxi ride to most anywhere you need to go. Definitely recommend staying at this beautiful condo right on the Gulf!

Very clean unit as was the entire complex. Cleaners always around making sure all shared areas were in top notch condition and were all polite and very friendly. Great unit for a family. We had 2 older teens and 2 adults and had plenty of room. The location couldn’t be better and all the amenities were so handy. This listing is exactly as advertised if not better! We will plan our future travels around availability to snatch this one up again.
