The suite facilities were great and relaxing, and the residence was quiet. The customer service received was impressive.
There were two things of concern. Upon arrival, the suite reeked of bad body odour, so we had to open the windows for fresh air and air out the rooms. Secondly, the tea and coffee area was not stocked before our arrival, nor upon request the next day.

Best value for money accommodation for large family. Fantastic accommodation with clean & well serviced rooms.
No pool & limited facilities for families with small children.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor with exceptional views of the habour. The rooms are nice and spacious and very clean. Really like the master bedroom with ensuite. Beds nice and comfy
There was no microwave in the kitchen.

I love the sea view and the room was very clean and spacious.
The cleaning staff were rude when they approach my girls to lower their voices. The family were excited and noise was loud and may have disturbed others in their apartment.
They could have approached in a respected manner.

The hotel services were excellent and the rooms were bigger than expected. I really enjoyed my stay with the help of the hotel's friendly staffs. 💯👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+
The only thing i didn't like was the hotel was without the pool area.
