Really nice and new facilities. Awesome view from balcony and overall location.

Building looked kind of sketchy from the outside.

The location of this property is awesome - it's on the 13th floor of an apartment complex (which looks old and grey from the outside). The apartment itself is very modern. It has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven etc. The beds are comfortable. There is enough space to have a meal with up to 10 people (large bench and a few chairs). The apartment was very clean. The best thing is the few. There are chairs (and a table) on the balcony and one can sit there comfortably and enjoy the view. The internet connection was excellent. There is a large flat screen TV, Nintendo games and a music system.

I requested to pay with a credit card, but the manager of the property insisted on being paid via bank transfer or cash ('like all other clients' he wrote in the email). This is challenging for someone who does not have a bank account in Germany. Exchanging $US to Euro's was difficult even in a large city (Dresden). I had to go to 3 banks to finally exchange the money. They should offer flexible payment methods. A few things were hard to find / discover in this apartment. It took me a while to find the drying rack and we only discovered the board games on our last day.
