Charming apartment, friendly helpful host.

The host is very helpful and available for any questions. The locations is incredibly amazing. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos. We have two teenage daughters and they felt that this place was the highlight of our trip, even though we stayed at other 5 star hotels. The apartment is right next to a very busy and happening shopping district, but it faces a quiet street so we had a very restful sleep. The layout of the apartment is wonderful. Our favorite part was the shower. The bathroom is model and very spacious so it was a treat. The kitchen was wonderful and we were able to cook dinner one evening which was lovely. I highly recommend this apartment. If you are unsure whether you should check out Antwerp or not, I recommend you go, and if you go, I recommend you stay in this apartment for sure.

Not much. The coffee machine in the kitchen was the only item that could be improved. It still worked just fine and we enjoyed coffee and tea in the apartment, but if the host can purchase a nicer quality coffee machine that would be amazing (I feel bad saying this: we are not complaining, but a 5 star like accomodation could use a 5 star coffee set up, too)

Really nice and big arpartment in the heart og Antwerp. Nicely decorated and perfect for our family of 5(3 small children) We would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in central location, friendly host with easy communication, thank you

The location was great. The apartment was on the 1st floor with only a few stairs to navigate. Quiet building with a solid lock. Also, the entry area in the apartment was very nice. It has a few hooks and an umbrella in case you needed it. Kitchen was stocked w many mugs, cups and silverware. Was easy to prepare food and coffee. Also, the service and communication w the host was very easy! They were very accommodating with the check in time.

The floor was so worn out it looked terrible and dirty. It made me doubt the cleanliness of the whole apartment. The walls had many marks and scuffs on it. Many things seemed as if they were obtained for free or just good enough for a rental. I thought the couch was going to break every time we sat on it. The linens were not clean and new. (stains and worn out looking) The roller shades broke the first time we tried to close them so we had to have an open window view the entire stay. The night table had a make-shift Kleenex under one leg. The shower gel & shampoo looked like it had been sitting there for 5 years untouched. We went out and bought our own shampoo, body wash and hand soap.

Fabulous location, quite tastefully decorated with comfy couches for all four of the people in my family to lounge around, and little goodies like chocolate and nice coffee machine. Charissa was very clear and nice and gave us some great rec's for food and activities. My parents, partner and I had a great time in Antwerp.

It was a little dark in the flat, but that made it kind of cozy. Also there was a weird air filter sound in the bathroom 24/7 that we couldn't seem to turn off. This isn't really a complaint but for parties larger than say, a couple, the bedrooms are connected to one another, so it was slightly tight ... but fine in the end
