El fallo en el ventilador del cuarto, podrían tener aire acondicionado

Las instalaciones del lugar son hermosas, y todo a su alrededor es muy bonito. el clima es perfecto y entrea mucha brisa lo que siempre hace el lugar fresco.

Creo que tienen oportunidades de mejora en el Menú, si bien los precios no son baratos, los acabados y las preparaciones no estÁn a la altura de los valores. Pedimos una ensalada la cual la combinación de ingredientes era basica y , pueden apostarle por propuestas de comida que tenga gran sabor para que este acorde cob el lugar. Para la quedada de varios dias el menu del desayuno se torna repetitivo... y no me parece que cobraran una lonja de queso en el desayuno como adicional.

La vista es maravillosa, la estructura y el concepto don muy bien logrados y es muy tranquilo y cerca a el pueblo y definitivamente lo mejor fue la atención de Andres y su equipo, incluso Mauricio y patricia estuvieron muy pendientes de todo

It’s in the middle of paradise. Spectacular views with friendly and warm people who cater to your needs. The owners bird tour was delightful. Jacuzzi overlooking the mountain view was very memorable!

The location was 4 miles outside of LaMesa but the roads were challenging. We stayed at hotel and are all our meals there. The hotel needs a bit of updating but nothing that should keep you away. It’s a gem!

The staff were very helpful, always cheerful and accommodating; Monica did a lot of arrangements on our behalf. Gustavo always had a big smile for us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and you wake up to the sounds of bird song, with NO traffic noises or pollution. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, and nearby La Mesa is interesting to visit. Breakfast was delicious, starting with a plate of fresh fruit and juice, then eggs cooked to order, followed by delicious bread rolls, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The buns are delicious and the service is great. One day we asked for a packed breakfast which was fine.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, so it could be hot for some people. There is a ceiling fan and large screens, so it was fine on cool nights. Our screen door did not seal properly against the frame of the patio door, so there was a large gap there where bugs could enter, although surprisingly, not many did come in. Our shower head should be replaced, it wasn't good, but others in the group had good showers, so it varies with each room. The bottled water was overpriced, everything else was reasonable.

Amazing

Free breakfast was absolutely delicious and so fresh! The fresh juices and cocktails were also amazing. A small but luxurious place owned by very sweet husband and wife, mountain views and design of the hotel are just unbelievable, and the birding experience led by the owner is a very educational and enjoyable activity. I am immensely happy with my decision to stay at Gyrola and recommend it to anyone and everyone.
