The restaurant and breakfast staff, 10/10 so was gone bell boy
When arriving I explained my flight got delayed so I arrived 2 days late, I didn’t mind I had to pay for unused nights, what I didn’t like they couldn’t give me extra 1 hour checkout given that I paid for 2 days I didn’t get to use.
First morning we were on our way to the beach the lady refused us saying they’re full, we came to pool side and some child went toilet in the pool so couldn’t use the pool, another staff said she will arrange us to the beach, we waited and she never returned back, just kept us waiting without any further information
It’s my second time staying will be last time, I noticed when the hotel is empty the service is good, but when it’s peak season the service is poor.
I still recommend this hotel the location is beautiful and hotel itself is quality, I don’t recommend during summer as it’s not a pleasant experience.

Красиве місце! Чудові сніданки, смачно, атмосферно, жива музика, неперевершені види. Чисто, дуже привітний персонал. доглянута територія. Ми тут не вперше, з кожним разом рівень підвищується. Тверда європейська "п'ятірка". Рекомендую однозначно.

The whole experience was amazing! The most amazing, beautiful, luxury hotel. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food and on the bay. Perfect! Will revisit.

I loved my stay in The Chedi! The staff was amazing and so friendly. I enjoyed the facility and the little gifts left at the room like Montenegrin oil, and jam. I wish the hotel had an option to buy these locally made products as they would make great gifts.
The only downside was the food level at the hotel’s restaurants The Spot, I could see the effort in making the dishes but I feel they could improve the flavor compared to other areas of the stay especially given the price point. The Rok’s sushi was lovely and the salmon sashimi was fresh!

It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed. The breakfast was the best. The staff were excellent. The property itself 5*.
There were not much to do as Tivat was 20 minutes drive and rhere were traffic jams to get there. The Spot restaurant was okay. Service staff. is excellent.

The staff was helpful and very nice.
The ocean view rooms are not ocean view, they are marina view. The ocean was 200 meters away from my room. In front of our balcony was the maintenance room and during the day all we heard was machinery being repaired, not ocean waves.
The beach is not sand but stones and pebbles. We needed shoes to walk the beach.

everything was perfect, the place looks
like a scene from the Stepfords wife’s. They should especially be proud of their staff. Young professional people. i have to mention Milica i Strahinja :).
the breakfast is not 5 star quality, especially coffee.

As the location of the hotel is not closed to any town, it would be good if hotel had a shuttle running once a day to the nearby towns (Kotor, Budva, Tivat). We had to take a taxi to everywhere we wanted to go!
Would be good to provide more entertainments and night events for guests that stay off-season. Evenings and nights were boring!!! At least a Jazz night or such (I don’t know if there is any in summer)

We loved our stay in hotel, we recived a cake and wine for our first wedding night. The view is perfect and room is lovely.
