Location was fantastic. Beds very comfortable. Has an issue with the balcony and was immediately actioned by the Managers. Great service. Easy Check-in by using a door code. Didnt have to worry about keys.

A couple of things - little cupboard storage in bedrooms, no dust pan and needed bigger bin in the kitchen. A couple of plastic containers with lids would have been handy. A full length mirror in one of the bedrooms would be nice also. More amenities upon arrival such as more toilet paper, soap, rubbish bags would have been appreciated.

I had a fantastic stay at ludlow it was very private and luxurious

The neighbours were very close and you couldn't make any noise at all

The property was within walking distance to shops and restaurants but in a quiet street.

The lighting in all rooms was very dim, impossible to read at night. No power point in the bathroom and the bathroom itself smelt very moldy

I called a day early to let them know we would arrive early and they followed up my call and provided us with a code so we wouldn’t have to go to Hastings street then back to apartment before check in time

On the last day we went for a coffee at 7am and came back and the key code didn’t work. We couldn’t contact anyone. We left msgs but no one called back. This left a bad taste. Need to supply more than 1 roll of toilet paper. Need to have a full length mirror.

Drive into our parking

Driveway was a very easy to manoeuvre gradient, a blind man could do it, anyone that has trouble should resit their drivers test. Apartment was clean, the family living above was very quiet, barely heard them at all! Aircon was cold and powerful, just what was needed after a hot day at the beach.

Nothing, was great for the price!
