Apealing hotel, nice flat, good bar with good coffee (breakfast there). Staff very friendly and helpful. Flat very clean. Only few metres to the beach.

Partly a lot of traffic noise. The surroundings area is very unattractive. The beach is grey and pebbly.

The location is perfect if you wish to visit the Etna or Alcantara by car. The apartement was cozy and well equipped for a pair to spend a weekend nearby the sea.

The elevator did not stop on our level.

Clean, nice comfortable one bed room apartment. We received a room on the 4th floor, with nice terrace sea view. Location is nice, opposite the Carabinieri headquarters - so you feel very safe. We are a family +2 children, the beds were made for 1 child and the owner who doesn't speak a word of English tried to explain how to open yhe sofa bed, and left us to make it in our own... For breakfast we got to pick one pastry... which is hardly breakfast.

Breakfast was at bar of the facility. It is a typical Italian breakfast - good coffee or any other drink and some fresh pastries. The location was perfect for us as we did not want to be in a super touristic place. The hotel has also a lido, servicing nice food, drinks etc. Prices were reasonable considering we were there at the peak of the season. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, and made us feel at home. We would go back.

Very kind hotel staff, who went the extra mile for us every single day, with every single request from us. Federica was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We booked the junior suite and absolutely loved it. The village is only touristy as of June, but there are still lots of restaurants around.

I think it would be helpful if there was more staff speaking slightly better English, for communicating purposes. But in the end we always managed to understand each other.

Words alone cannot truly express the kindness and generosity of the hosts of Riviera Ionica. From the moment you arrive you are treated like family. I have never felt more welcomed or care about while on holiday! The mamma, Fabio, Tino and the entire staff are all diamonds! I would stay here a 1000 times! the apartment has everything you need and is impeccably clean. A lovely view to the ocean and close proximity to every destination on the east side of Sicily. The breakfast is delicious and the dinner is even better. I can’t wait to come back. Special thanks to Fabio that was truly looking out for us due to the flooding and Catania, his care and empathy was a welcomed blessing!

Appartment was modern, clean, safe and more than comfortable. In 2 minutes we could be on the blue flag beach of St Theresa di Riva. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the generously genuine Sicilian breakfast. Ideal place to visit the nearby Savoca, Toarmina and beautiful beaches in the vicinity.

The apartment is comfortable and it has everything a family needs for a short or even a long stay (we stayed 12 nights). The staff could not be more friendly or helpful, making us really feel at home. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. We absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel apartment was very nice, modern and bright in a good location near to the beach and town. The railway station was a 20 minute walk away. There was air conditioning in both the kitchen diner and the bedroom which was very welcome. There was a large balcony with a partial sea view and a useful space for drying clothes. There were tables and chairs on the balcony if you wished to sit outside. We were on the third floor and there is a small lift to take luggage easily up to the apartment. The hotel was nice and quiet at night. We were able to park for free directly outside the hotel. Our stay included breakfast which was very good with a selection of meats or cheese, hard boiled eggs and cakes and pastries as well as fruit and if desired an omelette each morning. The owners Tino and his brother and mother and the ladies in the cafe were all friendly and helpful.

Although WIFI was free we were unable to connect to this during the majority of our stay as the owner told us there was a problem with this on our floor. The cafe was not open for dinner nor the bar when we were there which is mentioned in hotel details. This was not a problem as there are nearby restaurants but sometimes it may have been nice to get a drink in the evening. There was no washing machine which we would have found useful.
