Nice and clean hotel, just 5 min walking to the beach and city center. Familiar and friendly Owner.

Host was out of town due to elections. However, we were in constant communication to make sure that everything was alright from our end, and the person sent in his place reached us and welcomed us. The room was exactly as the pictures, hot water, hair dryer and A/C available, and most important: clean. There was a mini kitchen and fridge that we didn't use as we stayed for just one night, however I think that it would be great to use if we'd stay more. The view was amazing from the terrace. I would like to be able to bring my dog with me and I couldn't as it wasn't pet friendly, however, it was mentioned when we booked. Great value for money. Will be back again!

the host Georges is really lovely. he does everything to make the trip go well and takes great care. he is always available and advises us well on what to do in Tsilivi
the beds were not really comfortable and smelling damp.

Out of the way enough for peace and quiet but not too far to walk to the bars, restaurants etc. Was really happy with the location.
Apartment was clean and George, the host, bought me in a sandwich toaster, pots/ pans, an iron etc and anything else I asked for; nothing was too much trouble.

Everything about our stay was perfect. George is a great person and always available to help you with everything. From our house we could see the sea and the sunset every day. I would absolutely recommend this property. Thank you for everything. See you soon!

We have spent three lovely days at Anna Studios and were very pleased with the the apartment, as it was spacious, comfortable for two adults and two children, clean and equipped with all the facilities needed for longer stays, as well. Drinking our coffee early in the morning, while enjoying the spectacular sea view from the terrace or having a glass of wine as watching the sunset from the same spot were some of the things that I and my husband will recall with great pleasure. Last, but not the least, we want to thank the owner and his family for their warm welcome, because they were exquisite hosts, with attention to details and really helpful, who did their best in order to make our stay in their home a wonderful experience. We hope we will have the opportunity of meeting them again.

Anna Studios is run by an amazingly nice family, who are always friendly and happy to help. We felt very welcome! The commonly used area and terrace are beautiful and offer a nice view over the area. It is perfectly situated in walking distance of the local beach and city center.
We were very happy with our stay and I don´t have any complaints. For a little upgrade, it might be nice to have more storage possibilities in the room, as the wardrobe is quite small. An extra shelf would go a long way to keep things in order.

We like the location, & sea views from their gorgeous courtyard , John & Anna are lovely, they let us stay in our apt for as long as we like on our last day, which is superb not many people do, they book your taxi for you couldn't ask for anything else.
We will definitely be going back, this is our second time at the Anna studios, but our 9th consecutive time over the years, we have found our perfect zante spot.
