We had a lovely stay at Areti,we had arranged an airport pick up with them, all went smoothly and within 15 mins were at the apartment to be met by the owners (who live next door and are very helpful).Situated up from the seafront with fantastic views over the bay from the large balcony,it offered a very comfortable accommodation, large bedroom with ensuite and a good kitchen/living area at the rear,everything you needed.There is a bakery and supermarket within a few minutes walk and several paths down to the various beaches and restaurants(some are steep with several steps). If you don't fancy the steps there is a good cash only restaurant opposite(Bistro Paradiso) and you can also turn left out of the apartment down the main road to the large Konzum Supermarket where there are other restaurants. You can catch the No.10 Bus into Dubrovnik (approx 20kn each way)from just outside to the right which will drop you off on the main road above the Old Town where you will need to walk down a few alleys to get to the Old Town, the return Bus Stop is near the Cable Car entrance. There are also water taxis from Mlini Harbour that take you to Dubrovnik (100kn return), a taxi back from Dubrovnik is around 200kn and can be caught at the rank opposite the Old Gate entrance.

The apartment had everything we needed, the balcony was amazing to have breakfast on in the morning with a beautiful view of the bay. The owners lived in the apartment next door and were very helpful throughout our trip. They organised our boat trip to Dubrovnik and the 3 island cruise and showed us where the local bakery is. The bed was super comfortable and the air con worked wonders after a hot day at the beach! The apartment was located just a short walk up from the beach front so everything was on our doorstep. All in all I would highly recommend Apartment Areti for anyone travelling to Mlini. Me and my partner are only 19 years old so staying in accommodation like this was amazing for the price!

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and at the great location with a magnificent sea view. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. On our arrival we received great welcome from the lovely owner with a heaps of helpful information. The apartment is close to everything, beach, shop, bakery and bus stop (easy connection with Dubrovnik and Cavtat). We enjoy our stay at apartment Areti.

The View was amazing, even in the rain, we sat outside under the sun umbrella ☔, the apartment was spotless, it had everything you need, the bed was very comfortable. Great to have Nicko & Areti giving us the local knowledge about the buses, ferry, restaurants & places to visit, you can book trips with them too, we took the 3 island trip. It's such a great location, bus stop soo near, ferry up & down the coast, Paradiso restaurant across the street, with lovely simple fresh dishes for half the price, try it at least once, supermarket & bakery across the street also. Lovely walks around the area. Nicko picked us up from the airport & dropped us back on our day of departure for an excellent price. Take the ferry to Dubrovnik, it's wonderful arriving into the walled city via the old original port. The bus will take you into the old city & then on to the new harbour, to the bus station,which is an interesting contrast & nice walk.

All was perfect

A spacious and comfortable place with an excellent view from the balcony. Placed within a walking distance from good beaches and restaurants. Very nice and helpful hosts. Bakeries and a grocery store available nearby. The WiFi was completely sufficient for working remotely.

A plastic holder to hang the shower head was broken. You need to be careful to cross the street because there is a long turn with a limited field of view on the road and no pedestrian crossings nearby (fortunately, you don't need to cross it when going towards the beaches).

Very nice view on the sea from the bedroom. AC working fine and can cool the bedroom.

Bathroom is a bit small, but is ok and clean.

The hosts were extremely kind and helpful: they gave us warm welcome and we received some useful tips from them about the restaurants, shops and beach nearby. Also, they speak English well. View from the balcony was breathtaking, sea-view. Location was very good, few minutes walk from small food stores, restaurants and beach. Apartment was very clean and well-equipped, comfortable and spacious. WiFi worked well. Highly recommended apartment for both short or long stay.
