The hotel is a boutique hotel (eleven rooms) nestled in a much bigger old building on the edge of the business district. The entrance to the main building from the road is through huge old wooden doors and the reception is on the 2nd floor via a very Roman marble staircase or a small old-fashioned lift. This makes the hotel a little tricky to find (signage must be restricted) so you would need to know its exact location, in saying that Google Maps done the job. The hotel itself is a contemporary style with crisp clean modern design on the small footprint but it is laid out very well making the most of its size. Our bedroom was a little on the tight size-wise but adequate, again well laid out which helped a lot, (size probably standard enough for a city center accommodation). The bed was very comfortable with a good size ensuite and shower. The continental breakfast was only available in the room, and we had a good selection to choose from. The staff were very nice and helpful with all our queries.

Sehr schwer zu finden. Hat zwar ein kleines Schild vorne, aber es war ziemlich unklar wie wir zum Hotel finden. Erster Eindruck war nicht so gut, da das Hotel in einem Wohnblock integriert ist der nicht gepflegt ist. Das Hotel selbst ist in einwandfreiem Zustand.

The fact that there was clear glass on both the toilet and shower doors. Some people like their privacy!

The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly, the breakfast was seriously incredible, and I loved the location! The colors of the space were so soothing, too. I will definitely stay here again on future trips to Rome!

The only negative part was that I came back late from a Monti nighttime tour and the door was locked. I don't recall reading anywhere that that would happen, but I may have missed it. I ended up calling the reception number and someone let me in, thank goodness!

The stuff was incredibly helpful the service was fantastic they help with everything we needed and even more that was phenomenal. Very very good location very clean hotel beautifully designed everything is new the room is bigger than the average in Europe it was excellent in all aspects.

Comfortable and clean room. Nice modern decor. Very good breakfast. Courteous and helpful staff. Location was also quite convenient.

The lift was too small and had to be pressed throughout to go up. Rather inconvenient. Aircon made a strong humming noise. Oddest bit was the shower in the bedroom: too small to take a good bath without spoiling the floor.

Easy access and staff spoke English very well. They were extremely helpful. Room Service breakfast included and was good. Room A/C was much appreciated. Great location, near metro and walking distance to most major attractions. Toiletries provided.

The staff, the design and the location of the hotel were excellent. Front desk staff were very helpful and always available. The room was small, but well designed and just perfect for a short stay.

There wasn't always hot water, nor was there a place to put things in the bathroom. Breakfast was sparse, but enough to get you going in the morning!
